Excellent! The inspector called and was able to arrive early even though I only scheduled them two days prior. The inspector was very thorough and gave us lots of tips on small things we could fix ourselves and then advice on what needed more professional help. Very happy with the service, Scott was great!

Mr. Chad Nemec was our home inspector for a residential property that we had a contract on. As we were out of state, we relied on his expertise to conduct the inspection and provide a report. He was extremely thorough with his work and took the time to explain his findings over the phone. After we moved in, he followed up to meet us in person and answer any questions that we had. This was extremely helpful! We found him to be knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and service-centered with a nice sense of humor. We would highly recommend Chad for your home inspection needs.

Scott was fantastic to work with. He explained everything in a way that I could understand...and i know nothing about drainage, septic tanks, attic insulation or AC units. He was cheerful, efficient and really good at flying his drone to take pictures of the roof-super cool! I feel much better about buying this house because Scott was really thorough inspecting my NEW home.

I decided to move from Jarrell Texas to Temple Texas and had very little knowledge of the Temple area. I decided to purchase an older home and desperately needed a good home inspector. My real estate agent recommended Green Loads Inspections in Georgetown. If I could give my inspector a 20 out of 10 I definitely would. The inspection fell on a cold rainy day and my inspector had no issues crawling under the 55 year old peer and beam home to provide me valuable pictures of the foundation of the home as well as the plumbing. They saved me thousands of dollars in repairs that I would never had known

I had Scott with Greenloads come out to do an in depth home inspection for the first home my wife and I bought. Scott was a nice guy, and seemed knowledgeable. After moving in and having our gas service turned on, multiple gas leaks were found, I contacted Scott to discuss this issue since it should of been covered during our inspection, and pipe corrosion leaks cont appear overnight.
