Allen Creek apartments are great. Heather went above and beyond what she had to and rushed the apartment to get it ready for me to spare me from being in a motel. Heather is always there to answer questions, it’s a quiet and very nice community. I had one maintenance request and i told heather and it was done within 3 days. Allen creek is a great place to live and is very affordable.

The office manager Heather is so great and helpful. The grounds are clean and the maintenance man Ed is right on top of any issues. We love living here. Its so beautiful...the apartment and the scenery.

I've called Allen Creek apts my home for 2 years now and about to sign my third lease. The past 2 years have been covid crazy for everyone, no matter who you are, what you do, or where you live, no one has escaped its grip or the effects of how covid has changed our lives. However, during all the changes and challenges, good has emerged from it too. When I first moved into my apt here it was under a different management company, Bizmark. I lived here several years ago. I stopped in for a tour of the property recently. Everything is updated. Property is well managed.

I lived at this complex for 1yr and within that 1 yr they went through 3 different rental management companies. So if that doesn't say something then i don't know what does. Also the apartment was very out dated and had mold in multiple areas of my unit, when i called maintenance to look at it all they did was put some kind of spray on it and wiped with a rag. The carpet had not been replaced before i moved in so it was still the nasty stained carpet from the previous people. The whole complex needs to be updated.

Apartment seems roomy for small first time family. Parking is good, room to move. Older facility but in real food shape.

Staff here has been fantastically helpful, and my new apartment is clean and beautiful. Tara, the property manager, has been spectacular, helping as I organized my move long distance with a big time difference, answering any and all questions promptly and enthusiastically. Both she and Ed were quick to respond to an inquiry I made after moving in, the neighbors are nice, and this is a lovely place to live. I look forward to the rest of my time here.

Allen Creek is amazing. The office communicates with you and are very kind. They're open 7 days a week. Maintenance is very quick and efficient. First time apartment or need to save on rent? Allen Creek is the place to go.

At arrival everything smooth. Only problem is the apartment belong to a smoker. I complained and they installed a new carpet. The smell is gone in bedroom but living still has it.. Probably in the walls. Well hopefully the smells will disappear with time. Besides that quiet area, next to post office and plaza. It is good for the price.
