Wondering what the PMH-C after my name means and what it means for you? PMH-C is a perinatal mental health certification from Postpartum Support International (PSI). PSI reports that the Perinatal Mental Health Certification Program creates a structure for professional education and evaluation, and a standardization of training and experience to inform families and payers of perinatal mental health specialists.
I am a certified facilitator in the Prepare and Enrich method which is a program backed by research that is designed to equip couples with skills and insights to foster healthy relationships. I have total confidence in Jerusha. She is an amazing clinician, up on the most recent treatments and open and understanding. I always feel better after speaking to her and know that she actually cares about me and what I have to say. Having worked with Jerusha for 7 years now, she is one of the most ethical, thoughtful, and compassionate people I know.
