I cannot say enough great things about The Elaine. The units are great, common areas are the nicest on the North Shore and the management team is simply the best. Ashley, Andy, Jonny (and his team), Mary and Matt are great to work with, they really love their jobs and it is obvious. Highly recommend The Elaine.

Great everything honestly. I wish we could have stayed here longer. Very quiet, great community overall, with a good selection of amenities. I thought the gym alone was fantastic and worthwhile. Our unit also fit our needs perfectly, and all in all we cherished our time there. Matt was perhaps the best property manager I’ve had the pleasure of working with, and although we had to break our lease early due to external changes, they were all incredibly accommodating.

The Elaine in Northbrook is a great place to live, great location, tons of common space for resident use the building is beautiful with big open layouts. The Staff is great and very responsive to all of the Resident’s needs. Ashley, she has been extremely welcoming, helpful and has made the move-in process a pleasure!

The Elaine is great. Management company (Finger Companies) owns property and will not sell, which is a great benefit to renters. Many times, management companies sell to others, only to leave the current owners behind in the dark with many problems, issues, unresolved. Not here!! The management team, Matt especially, is not only honest, but responsive, always professional and gets the job done when you need something. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I visited The Elaine with my sister as a temporary option to buying a home or condo again. It is absolutely Gorgeous and no shortage of classic amenities. Pools, fitness center, computer wifi office area, social rooms and more. Units are classy and well built with modern finishes and quality materials. We loved the place.
