This place is great the parking is clearly marked where you and your guests should park. Any competent adult won't have a problem with it. I love my apartment and management always responds very quickly if you have a problem. I moved here from NY and got stuck in traffic several times leading me to be about 4 hours late. Melissa stayed late to make sure I could move in that day. All the negative reviews must've been made under different management or by losers with nothing better to do with their time than to make a mountain out of an ant hill. Please stay off this apartment!!! Save yourself the stress and burden, this place isn't worth it.
They will find every possible means to rip you off your security deposit.
A Word is enough for the Wise! Stay off this apartment. WILL Never recommend this place to anyone.
You pay for Water, gas, trash, look for somewhere better and friendly.

The WORST living situation i have ever been in! Management changes very frequently and with each "new management", responsibilities are swept under the carpet as excuses. Poor accommodations, old units, dirty hallways, and you will NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, even if you left the unit in PERFECT condition. RIDICULOUS! But, they have installed cameras in lobby rooms which stopped package thieves and that's the only good part.

I have lived at Park Colony for over 2 years now. I really enjoy living here. I liked the fact that they have different options for rentals. I was fortunate enough to afford a remodeled apartment, I love my apartment. The location is wonderful, close to shopping and transit. Management and Maintenance respond in a timely manner and are pleasant to deal with. As a single person I appreciate having parking available in front of my building. Prior to the changes to the parking lot I couldn't find parking most nights and would have to park on Church and walk in. Thankful Management changed the parking

Melissa took care of us well. The other day l parked my car on the corner in the parking area.ln an hour my car was towed. Sign was not clear..lt looked like a regular spot. I contact to office, she helped me with the whole situation right away, she made the sign clear, draw lines on the ground at that spot, she also offered me to pay half of my towing fee. Great service..

I once inquired about an apartment here just as I was about to pay my security deposit my mother and I wanted to take one more look to be sure. Once we entered the apartment there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. That was a red flag and I immediately pulled my application. A friend of mine who is a current tenant also told me they offer pest assistance because there are units with bed bugs as well!!!

This place is great! The management is friendly, and always there to help. A lot of people are posting negative reviews based on parking, but if you follow the parking rules it's not an issue. The prior management didn't regulate parking, and you could never find a spot. Now I can come home whenever and always find a spot, its great! The pool is a nice amenity, and they've even hosted parties for the opening and closing. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

I have lived here for going on 6 months and I have nothing bad to say! The office keeps residents well updated on all aspects of the property. I see a few reviews on here about parking and towing, rules are well stated at move in and the office is always ready to help with any questions about parking. I had a mishap with a friends car that got towed which was from my own misunderstanding not the office. So anyone that’s had problems with towing is because they can’t follow rules. I have lived here for 5 and half year and have only good things to say about Park Colony. I am so sad to be leaving. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I appreciate everything they have done for me and my family. Melissa and Briana in the office always greet we with a smile on their face and always help me to the best of their ability. The maintenance supervisor Gregg is a very wonderful person to have around. He has helped me with any issue I have ever had and always makes sure it is done as soon as possible.
