I've probably looked at every single luxury apartment complex in the northern suburbs and 444 Social was one that stood out to me the most. Renae and Brooke were extremely professional and friendly. They were very responsive with all the questions I had and really helped narrow down the unit options to match what I was looking for. The tour was super organized and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything. Thanks for all your hardwork!

I would still be living here if it wasn't for my job relocation.. Management is super attentive and go above and beyond in their duties. Apartments are new, so it is very clean and the amenities are great. In addition, there are great restaurants and a movie theater all within walking distance. Overall, a great community to reside in!

So my friend invited me to her new place she recently moved in and she took us on a tour of the facility wow really nice they have a rooftop with the fireplace they have areas to grill a small pool a hot tub a golfing simulator and exercise from walking trails. Very clean very modern I didn't see her place yet because she just recently moved in and was still unpacking but from what I've saw of the rest of the establishment beautiful.
Another thing that's nice is right behind the facility is a shopping area of stores and restaurants mostly restaurants I think there is a medical facility

Both Brooke and Renae were so helpful when I called with questions. The people in the office go out of their way to ensure the satisfaction of those who live there or are interested in living there! 444 Social is a great place to live with nice amenities! Many options when it comes to floor plans and just over all a great community to be part of!

Thank goodness for 444! My husband and I had to relocate within a week moving from Nashville and we were looking for a short term rental and it needed to be furnished. We could not find a place that offered these things until we were referred to 444! They offered a two month rental and had a two bedroom two bath furnished apartment. The place is SUPER dog friendly and has amazing amenities. The front office staff was always super helpful and accommodating. From the gym, the pool and the coffee station we were so pleased with our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental

444 social is amazing! The staff are so friendly and always there when you need them. Our apartment is modern and beautiful. Everything is always clean and well kept. The pool area makes you feel like you’re on vacation at a resort! The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in with top of the line equipment. We love 444!

The fun and funky exterior colors call attention to a trendy, aesthetically modern, well maintained apartment complex. "Social" says it all - there are many well appointed public spaces for residents to gather and frequent fun-filled mingle events hosted by staff. The on-site staff is friendly, professional, accessible and attentive. From the apartment we can easily walk to a movie theater, casual dining, higher end dining or grill out on one of the five complex-supplied gas grills. The entire complex is dog-friendly, but enforces the rules on pet cleanup very well so everyone can enjoy the surroundings

Happy to call this place home. The coffee machine is pretty snappy I must admit. The parking is secure and has ample space. The apartments are very clean and well put together. Every resident I've had an interaction with has been a grade A individual. I can't wait for the pool and rooftop to open, they are coming along amazingly. Great location too for things to do. Best place I've lived at so far in my years of apartment living.
