PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! This place is completely unprofessional, when I first moved in and signed a lease it stated I had 45 days to give notice. Then a new management company came in and changed the notice date to 60. which I was not aware of and when I gave my notice I was told to give 60 days notice. I played nice and didn't create an argument so now my lease wasn't up till 10/10. I moved into my new place late September and was able to move majority of my things to my new apartment but left some things behind as I planned on coming back to clean and come back for anything I left. when I came back

Lori and “friends” at Foxboro have been amazing. I just started moving in. The process from showing to picking up my keys has been seamless!
The lease was extremely long, but there’s no question that I know what I’m responsible for and my rights as a tenant - very thorough! I look forward to many happy years as a resident.

It’s so easy build an excellent rapport with everyone in this community. Residents as well as the office staff. There’s a renovated gym, which I could train at any time since it’s 24 hours. I personally enjoy the bbq grills, tennis court, and volleyball tournaments among residents. Maintenance responds almost Immediately and efficiently. I may have missed something else, but I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. In conclusion, I have relocated quite a few times, and this is the nicest place I have lived so far

To say I'm disappointed with this complex is an understatement. The space was great, the complex is quiet and clean- but the central AC does not work in the summertime. For two weekends in a row, I have spent half of that time without working AC, filing multiple work orders, calling the maintenance AND office line, and begging someone to come and fix my AC. It got to the point where I considered going to the office and not leaving until someone fixed it. By the 2nd weekend, the maintenance finally confessed that the AC compressor overheats and turns off- and there's nothing they can do to fix it
