This is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with as a rental owner. Had to finally threaten legal action to get the most incompetent of them there, Pete Kirby, for SIX MONTHS of rent from my tenant. The lists of text messages and voicemails I have saved from him all show conflicting stories and multiple lies in order to cover their mistakes for one more month. When I called Pete's boss, Jeff Parker, he was extremely arrogant and told me he wouldn't have any clue how his employees were managing their customers and properties because he doesn't "micromanage". I needed to sell my mother's house in Multnomah. Jeff is an expert on the area, and I felt confident with him representing my interest. He went above be beyond by helping me with a solution to remove remaining items that no one would pick up. This was back in 2012, and I would contact Jeff again for any consumer real estate needs in Multnomah.

Pete Kirby was my Property Manager since 2013 and terminated our contract in October 2016 due to the fact that his best interest was not mine as the property owner but the tenants. I would have to speculate that he had a relationship with the tenants outside of a tenant/PM relationship. The lack of oversight and enforcement of Rental Contract and Oregon Law, the tenants built a shed, built furniture on premises for their business, changed out electrical switches and outlets, replaced and added fixtures inside and outside of the home all WITHOUT PERMISSION. I have utilized Pete Kirby of Parker Realty for the last 3 years as a property manager. He was outstanding in finding quality tenants for my rental, and promptly informed me of any and all concerns or issues that arose during that time. Transition time between tenant occupancy was brief. Pete worked hard at assuring good tenant occupancy with little to no vacancy time. Any time repairs were needed, and in one case an emergency plumbling issue, he had a plumber out there in an hour and the job was done at a reasonable price.

My wife and I moved from Dallas Texas and were in the market for a place to rent in Multnomah Village. We found a townhouse we liked and turned in our applications with Parker. A few days later (and a few attempts of calling with no reply or answer), I called from a different # and got an answer, we were told that we were not allowed to apply for the apartment because we were from out of town?!
