At Sierra Vista Apartments, our flexible open layouts help you maintain an effortless level of comfort and tranquility. The durable vinyl wood plank flooring, updated kitchens, and spacious living rooms are just some of the features that allow for easy cleaning and easy living. Sierra Vista Apartments sits on six sprawling acres surrounded by enchanting mountain views.
Once you have completed the application and paid the applicable fees, we will usually have an answer within 48 to 72 hours. Sierra Vista is South Lake Tahoe's premier pet friendly apartment community! We don't have any weight restrictions for dogs; however, we do not allow aggressive breeds. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment, with a $500 refundable deposit per pet.
Living healthy during these unprecedented times means quick adaptation, implementation and diligence on a level we haven't seen in recent history. Here at North Coast we took each of these categories with the utmost seriousness. Adapting rapidly meant closing our offices to the public earlier than mandated, instating strict CDC guidelines, buying high tech sanitation equipment and making sure our staff had all the PPE they needed to stay safe.
