What a dump. The management was very rude the residence is a lower-income based community. Crime and dirty conditions are throughout. I do understand that be Community manager had been released and there is a new person in that position. I don't recommend but if cheap is what you're looking for this is your place. They advertise operational facilities such as there are three pools however only a single pool was functional. The tennis court has no net. The basketball court has no net. The swings and play area are in poor shape.

Bad management!!! Stay away!!! They are here to rob your money in daylight! It has many issues. With our money, they paint their apartment, they buy and replace old items while you move out. I was charged $50 for a small bent in one of the blinds. If there is a damage and you call for service, they will charge for that also. Make sure you list every damn issue in that paper otherwise you will be charged heavily. Do not move in if anything is not acceptable. I was changed more than $600 for the same reasons even after staying for more than a year Apartments looks very nice from outside, but they

It is just amazing to live in Parkway Manor Apartment. The apartment built with excellent quality in nice place. We are also getting all the facilities including security. We feel very safe here. The staff are always friendly. The neighbors here are also good, friendly and co-operative which help us to leave peacefully.
