A very nice areađź’™Beautiful place to live with excellent maintenance, but the huge downfall for me is how high the rent keeps getting here:( the rent price from the start wasn't accurate as it was online. This place is not truly 'low income' as it shows it is. This year 2021 so far our rent is going up twice!! Some of us are working more & more just so we don't fall behind. My fear is it won't be enough eventually & I will have to move. Other residents are retired, disabled & they're being charged way too much. Everyone's rent here is the exact same price. I really hope the cost of rent quits
