Lived here for 2 years. They kept deleting my review on fb so I'm annoyed of rewriting this but i think everyone should see it. I download Yelp for this sole review. Do not live here. They are cheaply made apartments. There is only 1 dumpster for the entire complex. It gets full the day after being emptied and trash gets laid all over the sidewalk. The pool is freezing during the summer. They charge you an arm and a leg when you move out. Even if you leave it spotless. When I moved in they had dog bite marks on the blinds, apartment was dirty when I moved in, paint is peeling off every aspect

I love living here! The apartments are nice clean and maintenance is always quick to the task! The value is great for the location and residents are quiet professionals and very respectful. I have terrible dust and mold sensitivities so many apartments make me sick as soon as I enter. Weston point is well constructed and maintained so this the apartments are all clean and upgraded and the hvac was done right. I love the large closets and vanity and stainless steel appliances. The staff are great as well. Highly recommend

I toured the Weston Point Apartments and was decidedly unimpressed.
The (two bedroom) model we were taken to featured a highly aromatic fragrance, probably utilized to cover up any offending odors in the (beyond) filthy carpeting. If the *model* is in as bad of condition as it is, what must the apartments of their tenants be like? I shudder to think.
Additionally, the floor plan was awkward. The rooms are small. The kitchen is tiny (and has dark cabinets, etc. making it appear even smaller).
When in the model we could hear at least two televisions blaring from the apartment homes of other

I never post reviews, but I've never had service like this and I can't even sleep because this is eating away at me.
Earlier today, (July 12, 2019) l walked in with my boyfriend to ask if there were any availabilities for one or two bedroom apartments, (he had a sudden promotion in Overland Park and we want to sign something ASAP) and we were immediately told by an older blondeish white woman that they do things by appointment only.
She wanted me to write down my name and number. Apparently she couldn't schedule the appointment in person (???) but anyways, we just needed to know

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE living at any apartment I've ever been to. And it has nothing to do with the quality of the rooms, it has to do with the management. It almost seemed to be their mission to harass their tenants for literally no reason. These people will find any excuse to charge you for anything. Do yourself a favor and never consider this place as a home. There's nothing "homey" about it. Just a bunch of thugs and thieves that will shake you down for every penny you have.

I have lived here for 2.5 years. Before signing a lease, I checked out other complexes in the area. I was able to get a 3 bedroom for only a small amount more than what others were charging for a 2 bedroom. It is a quiet complex with diversity. The office and maintenance staff have always been amazing. They are quick to address any issues, which have been minor and infrequent, but unenviable no matter where you live.
