The alarms are too much. They go off randomly without a legit cause. Woke up to them today and they keep going off after turning off for a bit.
It's also sad considering that some tenants have babies, young children, and pets that probably go into a panic every time this happens. Great start to a weekend (or any other day this has happened since this happens regularly.)
I've reached the point where I where my ear buds regularly because they block out ambient sound and make the screeching sound of the fire alarm less abrasive. I wonder if this can be considered bodily harm or abuse if someone

- Fire alarms go off at least once a week.
- Of the 3 elevators on the property each elevator is out of service 1-2 days a week. They trap tenants in them and fire department has to come rescue you.
- They have now tacked on multiple more bills.
- Water & Sewage
- Now a trash service you have to pay for.
Building is already falling apart. Nothing luxury about this place. The new management as a good façade going. All they care about is getting more money out of the tenants and providing substandard service. I miss the old management.

Huge heating bills?
New trash charges?
An extra 1.5% tax on stuff you order online?
Twice the amount of inflation in terms of renewal?
Borrowed gym?
No community center even after 2 years?
Pool constructed in middle of the parking lot only to finish it right before winter and close it right away?
Dirty covered parking spaces with half eaten pizzas, open beer cans etc?
Elevators consistently breaking down?

Paid rent 3-5 days early for 14 months straight. Attempted to rent online (as I always do) on the 15th month and it didn’t go through properly twice. I made the office aware of the issue. The issue was not fixed. I paid rent by check as a result and I was still charged $150 late fee. This is one of many issues myself and my neighbors have experienced.
Update: Carson Towers is under new management and I can already see improvement as a tenant who had to move out.

Former tenant here, PLEASE for your sake, DO NOT make this apartment your home.
I lived at Carson Street Towers for 13 months, and I've had nothing but bad experiences throughout. I've been living in apartments for years, and I've never hated my home as much as I hated here. Worst way to feel when you are stuck at home more than ever before during a pandemic.
(1) Move-out costs are EXCESSIVE. I moved out about a month ago, and before I moved out, I cleaned everything I could. As requested, I had the carpets professionally cleaned, and I kept the receipt of that as proof too. I also had a move

We moved in August in our stunning apartment on the 5th floor and are enjoying very much our time here. There is a wonderful natural light coming from the terrace and I love the dark brown of the kitchen and bathroom forniture and the floor is stunning. Whenever we need something to be fixed, it takes less than 24 hours to get it done. The staff at the office has been very nice and sweet from the first day 💖 Also tenants are nice! The gym is amazing and very close.
