Wake up people. This is a large corporation working on one one principle; buy low sell high. They manufacture these units using shoddy materials and cheap labor. Then things begin to deteriorate, yet they care too much and taking your money than they do of taking care of you. They pay maintenance poor wages, or higher out the labor, do not employ enough workers and so the backlog begins. First of all, put your concerns in writing and keep copies. List all of the items that you need repaired one by one and adding photos helps greatly. Write photos to the owners of the company I’m not sure if it’s

I have a parent that lives here. Understaffed, subpar quality apartments. Grounds keeping is nice at each entrance, but the inside leaves a lot to be desired. They raise the rent about $100 a year. Broken appliances, doors, and other non tenant responsibilities take forever to be tended to. Oh and BUGS! I'm looking forward to the lease running out!

My parents moved into this apartments back in September. This was their only option at the time and now I know why. HORRIBLE. The leasing agent we worked with was new (not her fault she wasn't trained properly). So, we had to go around and around a few times on several items. Mind you Im not on their lease, however the leasing agent that was helping us didnt seem to mind telling me all the things. When it came time to move them in, Lily called and need to move them to a different apartment because of the state of the initial one. They were promised new carpet, they got stained carpet. They were

On August 20, 2021 I was approved to move into an apartment at The Lakes of Lionsgate. (see attachments)
I paid the $65 Application Fee and the $350 General Deposit.
I transferred Evergy, Spectrum and Renters Insurance to the apartments address. I also paid a $500 deposit for furniture movers.
My move in day was scheduled for August 20.
On August 19 the Leasing Agent called and asked me to virtually sign a 12 month lease. This was a day before my move in and at this point they had never shown me the apartment I was to move into, despite my repeated requests.
I declined to sign the lease in

Like Greg below, we were misled through the leasing process. We were rejected at the last minute on 9/7z While we found another place to live the same day, it’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t gotten my deposit back. Alexis and Julie from the office continue to lie to me, and tell me conflicting information.
I wouldn’t pay them a dime, I’m out $350.00 and cannot get anyone at the complex to do anything other than write a non-informative email that says “soon”.
If this is how the handle something as simple as a refund, I’m sure they cannot manage a complex or take care of their residents

Do not live here. It is an absolute disaster. In the nine months that I've lived here, I have had severe black mold, brown recluse spiders, non-functioning dryer and ice maker, and running water from the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance will not respond to your requests. They would be better off demolishing the complex and rebuilding.
If the staff here spent as much time responding to maintenance requests as they do responding to one-star Google reviews, maybe the average would be higher :)

I’ve posted largely the same on other sites but I feel like it’s worth adding my name to here. This place has two things going for it - location and cost. It is absolutely in a great area, close to shopping and food and stores and reasonably close to a few large corporate offices. It’s also the cheapest in this area hands down - I moved from another nearby complex and pay a few hundred less here. Thinking back, had I known how this complex was run, I’d have gladly paid the last folks more for their service.
But there are a LOT of detractors. The biggest is maintenance. Read this and all
