I moved here in January of 2021. I was moving to the Overland park area from KCK, and wanted find an affordable place with plenty of room to call "home" for a while.
I looked at multiple properties all over the area, 135th St, Metcalf, Nall, Roe, even up towards 95th St.
I eventually narrowed down to three properties that fell within my price range/budget for living expense.

Wonderful place to live. We have lived here for 3 years. We are older and have the coveted golf coarse view corner 4th floor apartment. We don’t hear much noise and I have worked night shift weekends. Noise hasn’t been an issue. Yes the elevators do go down but that’s just mechanical issues and we elected to live 4 flights up. Dog waste is an issue but not managements fault. That belongs to pet owners.
The 2 bedroom apartments are huge and really nice. We absolutely love the amount of storage we have and the layout of the apartment itself.

Do not move in here! They have had multiple owners in the year we’ve been here, towed my friends car, didn’t fix the pool, didn’t answer service requests for months, and FORCE you to pay for cleaning when moving out! And I’m not talking cleaning the stove or bathroom, they literally make you hire carpet cleaners and show them the receipt! They don’t care about noise complaints, and barely keep up with cleaning… we had to call multiple times to get throw up cleaned (which still hasn’t been cleaned), but the worst part is the elevator has been down multiple times and they take days

I dealt with Leslie Ncube and Tracy Bryant with multiple concerns around the complex and they handled them in the most friendly professional way I could not be happier with my experience and the level of care they have provided I want them to know we greatly appreciate everything and they have really set a new standard of care for our facilities and residents living here!!! Wanted to live for a year when I moved in, but was forced to move out because of the noise. I got totally FOOLED by the "luxury" look of the apartment. Unless you don't bother hearing every bowel movement or chatter or orgas* of your neighbors or the sound of there pets running around all day long and can sleep through all that, you will like this place. Never have I ever lived in a place having worse sound proofing than this. There's literally no sound proofing here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I rented this apartment sight unseen in 2019 due to a quick relocation for work. From my very first inquiry, I have been treated exceptionally well and felt highly welcomed.
