We do not have ADA suitable rooms. After hot hectic day at the beach you can continue vacationing at our beautiful and large 80 ft x 80 ft picnic BBQ area with 4 gas and 8 charcoal BBQ pits.
Daily service between 10am-3pm includes change of towels and supplies and trash pickup every day and Bed sheets change or bathroom cleaning or room vaccumed on request as many times as you want. Me and my fiance absolutely loved our experience there I went there two years ago with my nephew and my mother. This time I went for 3 days with my fiance and we let my mom stay one of the days and I'll tell you what it was perfect they had a pool you know the rooms were nice very clean you know and they also had barbecue grills that were very clean and that makes a big difference we have zero complaints and we will definitely be returning customers

Was Very Hesitant to keep reservations due to the many Negative reviews!Seeing I had a credit saved from an intended stay,unable to keep,I decided to book a 3 night stay anyway.To my Surprise,this was a Great choice!!On arrival I was greeted by Sherrin,properties Owner,who was Friendly & Accomadating throughout our entire stay.She informed me that the (2) Queen Courtyard room booked had stairs(had 2 disabled guests),I was offered a ground room for $20 extra.Was given our parking permit,room key(+ 1 Xtra).Upon parking in the small lot,unloading our luggage,& the small,bit confusing walk to our Courtyard

Absolutely disgusting! I had booked a family vacation there and when we arrived we found a dirty room, the front window was broken and taped together, there was a bucket under the sink for collecting the sink water, also the front door wouldn't lock. Tried to get a refund and I was refused. Do not stay here!!!

Travellers, this motor lodge is clean and cost effective. The rooms are smaller and could use updating. But the location is fantastic for the price. Two blocks from the beach and all that downtown Hampton beach has to offer. It is a quick walk to the state park beach and all the shops, restaurants, amusements, and the casino. The bed was comfortable and the room had a kitchenette. There are gas grills available for guests and a nice pool as well. If you're on a budget, check it out.

Clean rooms, but owner is very rude. The prices depends on owner desicion. I paid $260 for two rooms. My nice paid $140 for one room and another family paid $108 for one room similar to mine and during the same night. Its one parking for each room free. For extra cars parking is $40. The best rooms are the double rooms with 2 queen beds. The king bed room is very small. The pool was dirty at 4:00 pm. Its an small kitchenet in each room but not stove. They let you use the grill. The location is good, close to the beach. THE WORST PART IS TO TALK AND DEAL WITH THE RUDE OWNER. Beside that every was
