We are located just across the bridge from downtown Newburyport, MA, right on the Merrimack River.
The Inn at Ring's Island is a boutique hotel located in Salisbury, MA just over the bridge from Newburyport, MA. The Inn features 13 modern guest rooms, 2 spacious junior suites, and 3 luxurious two-bedroom suites. No matter which room you select, you'll be treated to a clean, comfortable room, fresh decor, local artwork and modern amenities.
These 350 square foot rooms are comfortable for a couple and can also accommodate a pack n' play (customer provided) for a small child/ren. The Inn does not provide additional bedding. These rooms are located at the back of the building, outside of each room is a brick sitting area with two Adirondack chairs where you can enjoy the music in the summer from Portside Fridays, Saturdays until 9pm and Sunday afternoons.
Angie's Diner: Angie's offers a variety of food from grilled muffins & breakfast sandwiches to full plated breakfast options. Located in downtown Newburyport. Nancy's Marshview Cafe: Nancy's is known for their wonderful bakery, but their menu doesn't stop there. They also offer breakfast sandwiches, build your own omelettes, pancakes & more!

We stayed here last week for two nights and it was incredible! It was a great location, a half mile walk across the bridge to downtown Newburyport, and a ten minute drive to the Salisbury state beach. The room was clean and bright and comfortable and so convenient with kids - the parking space was right next to the room door. It was a super easy check-in and check-out and the email directions/communication was clear and easy to follow. We arrived late because we had driven from Maine after our wedding on July 4th. We stopped in the restaurant to ask about late check in and the woman at the bar was incredibly rude to us. Actually everyone in Salisbury we encountered that night had an entitled don’t bother me attitude. The pictures of the rooms are completely misleading and I didn’t think the size or placing of our room was worth the cost. No view and wasn’t anything special. The bed was on cheap risers and the mattress sunk in the middle. I’m sure the dock view of the boats is great at the restaurant but I wouldn’t stay

Excellent amenities, staff and of course views. Stephanie and Lauren provided everything that we needed for a two-week stay. The Inn at Ring's Island is very well managed and the decor provides a nice resort- vacation feeling, even in the middle of winter! An added benefit is the excellent food and service at Vasa. We will surely be back again!
