This review is to warn future vendors who may want to put up a table at the Harris Motel. You need to have the right products and price point to sell at the beach.

I started a side home business with lipsticks and beauty products and paid $4,500 for a 10x10 space on the beach sidewalk.

I bought all of the necessary items to set up for the summer and went on the nice days in June. After being there for several days it became clear that it wasn't the right match. I contacted the motel asap to try to resell my space to the right ppl for the summer months knowing this was the wrong spot for

Stayed for three nights this weekend and the hotel was perfect. It is right next door to Bernies and I was worried about noise but with the AC on I barely heard anything outside. Cute little patio overlooking the ocean was where i enjoyed my coffee and pastries that is provided by the hotel and enjoyed the live music at Bernies at night. Awesome location right on the boardwalk, literally walked out the door and crossed the street and was on the beach. The room was clean and the AC worked really well. The woman who checked us in was super sweet and very helpful and welcoming. Small fridge and sink

We lucked out and got a room in the front facing the ocean. With a looping porch we were able to enjoy a beverage while people watching on the strip.

Not to mention free parking which is a pain in Hampton. You can't beat it.

Clean rooms and friendly staff!

My only complaint would have been that there were no pool but you can't beat the location and the value.

My wife and I will definitely be back here.

This is not best place... The best place to stay in Hampton Beach is Seagull Inn..
Cheapest and cleanest. The owners are nice and not all into your business
Go to Seagull Inn TRUST ME

I am not picky about hotel rooms, but this one was disgusting. The sheets were not washed. There were large hairs in the bathroom, the bedding was unwashed and uncomfortable. There was apparently a balcony right outside our air conditioner and people woke up at 6 am and it sounded like they were having a loud conversation in our room. They should do the world a favor and sell this place to someone with the ability to upgrade it to something that does not make the guests feel like they just got an infection.

This place has beds over 15 years old. Never been in such a musty place. Hasn't been painted and is falling apart. The only highlight was that you could hear the great music from the fun restaurant next door. Plenty of great places to stay on Hampton beach. We stayed at Mcguirks our last time on the beach and we should have done that again.

Perfect Hampton Beach Hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious ,we had balcony with ocean view. Mary Ellen was very accommodating as was her staff .We loved the location and the courtyard and garaged parking.Modestly priced and has fun vintage beach resort feel. Everything was right in line with the rest of the hotels in the area. Loved it.

I stayed here for 1 night because I was running in a half marathon in town. I'm unsure of how to rate this motel. While I don't expect the Ritz a night (it was $75), a Days Inn would be luxury compared to this place. I checked into Unit #2, which is on the ground floor and opens into the "courtyard" which is really an asphalt parking lot. It has two twin beds. You would think that hey, maybe this would be a good room to book if you're traveling with a buddy, someone who you are not intimate enough to be sharing a bed with, right? Wrong. The bathroom door doesn't close

I'm not sure what all of the reviews not recommended were talking about. Stayed 2 nights in mid September at the off season rate. Decor was dated but the ocean front room was great! Two walls were large pane windows with awesome views... Make sure you catch the sunrise! Room was clean, mattress and pillows were great. The woman at the front desk was also very nice! It was a little chilly while we were there but the deck was great. Flat screen, fridge and wifi in the room. My only complaint would be the outside bar next door that bumped reggae until 1am every night. I like reggae and all

We stayed in the penthouse suite, a 50 ft balcony, all ours overlooking the beach. It is close to everything, and with family coming in from all over it was perfect. Large three bedrooms, most comfortable mattresses ever, and a small kitchen area. Better than staying in a cottage because they bring towels, change the sheets, take out the trash and vacumn. There were 6 of us and it was great to sit around the kitchen table and play games or sit out on the balcony to watch the ocean or just people watch. Marylee, Chris and the rest of the staff could not have been nicer. Great time had by all

Harris Sea Ranch is a Hampton Beach classic. It is a throwback to the 60's or 70's when everything was wood paneled, which you will probably love if you love Hampton Beach in general.

As with most things Hampton Beach, the rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean and relatively large. Most of the rooms have balconies with some kind of ocean view, which is really nice. Also, I think they are in the process of updating the rooms because I did notice that some of the rooms have flatscreen TVs.

Pros: Large/clean rooms, awesome beachfront/boardwalk location and an awesome retro
