Main Sail Motel & Cottages

We have stayed for last 5 years. Consistently clean, bright, and friendly. Great location with easy parking and nice pool. A very short walk to beach. Owners maintain a high level of expectation that is not always found elsewhere but should be.

Always great, clean safe easy accessibility to beach downtown restaurants etc. The owners are wonderful people work really hard to make everyone's vacations wonderful. Beautiful pool. Highly recommend.

Kara & Dave run an amazing place close (walking distance) to the beach & the boardwalk. I have been staying here for a number of years and I am never disappointed. It is kept very clean & updated. There is air conditioning in the rooms & a pool on site. A HUGE plus to me about this place is that you don’t get the partying….this is more of a family place and I really appreciate that about the way they run things.
Also buddy the property pup is SUPER adorable. You honestly cannot find better people than these two & they employ an amazing staff as well. You will not be disappointed!

Look no further, this where you want to stay! This place is great if you have kids and don't want to deal with noisy people partying. It's close to everything, food,arcades and they have a pool. The owners are very friendly as well as all the staff. Its very clean the staff is always cleaning something and asking if you need anything. Would definitely love to check out the cabins they have next year. Thank you!

Loved it overall but furniture and bathroom need to be updated Would have love to have seen updated cabins insides

My husband and I have been staying here for many years, even when we were small children with our parents. This Motel is one of the best, being off the main strip it is quiet. Rooms are always clean, flowers and property is beautiful. The owners have done some major upgrades and really want each guest to be happy. We will continue to stay here for as long as we are allowed. I would highly recommend the Main Sail Motel & Cottages.

I will start by saying I work at a lodge in Vermont so I may notice things other guests may not from costumer service to cleanliness.
I love they have a pool and a 3min walk to the beach.
I absolutely recommend and will return.

Really great place for a nice stay in the summer! Perfect to watch the fireworks from anyroom when it gets packed on the streets. Don't even have to leave the comfort of your room to still see the festivities. The pool is beautiful and lit up at night. You can also rent cottages and apts for a party of more than just a few.
