Rockport apartment complex dont even pick up they phone if you tried to call them about your application

Constant pest issues. Never complete work orders on time. They hire security that sits n there car all night instead of patrolling the premises. There’s a huge turnover rate in staffing because of lack of professionalism and integrity. Maintenance barely do there job accordingly. Don’t move here. The looks of these apartments are very deceiving.

***WARNING!*** My boyfriend lives in the Rockport Apartments & management and security have failed to address issues he has repeatedly reported. He has lived there for almost 3 years. A year ago new residents moved into the apartment above him. The new resident has a young child that runs back and forth all day & night, jumps off of something onto the floor making a loud noise that shakes the entire apartment. It also sounds as if the child is bouncing a ball for as long as 30 minutes at a time. It sounds as if the child is riding a bike back and forth for long periods of time. The noise is not

I would like to say that My mother have lived at this place for two years she has seen it all from managers taking advantage of residents, She has seen this place go from being down to back up again, and the only time this place in two years felt Good to live is when Donald was manager, he cared about the residents knew all of us by name including the grandkids, would come out late at night to make sure everything was okay, he would randomly knock on my elderly mother door to check on her some say he was fired others say he quit. It would be nice to have him back. This place is getting out of hand

This place is so unprofessional and dirty. I lived there and found out the building had bedbugs and they didn't inform any of the people. Anytime there was an issue they didn't handle it, never fixed things when they were broke and always "lost" my rent checks. Would never recommend someone to live there.

BEWARE:
The new maintenance men came in my apartment without a 24 hour notice or not as an emergency.
I was on my way to the door when he just unlocked my door and proceeded to walk in. When he saw me he was very suprised, he didn't expect me to be there. He began to tell me while stuttering "I wanted to see if something was wrong with your apartment, I'll be back later" and never returned. So people be careful because they go into people apartments when they think they aren't there. This happened to me a few times, and no one ever got inrouble. The next time it happens there WILL be a camera

Hours do not meet needs of majority of working people. Some buildings are cleaner than other in halls. Could use closer supervision of property after hours.

It's not worth the money . Drugs and prostitution and parry all hours of the day.so glad my lease is up.

They are bed bug infested I know people that live there n want to break their lease

These apartment's are beautiful inside but i had so many problem's here. Water going behind the wall. maintenance is horrible my bathroom light has been out for over 4 weeks now and we did call. Other then maintenance great place. Building is built quick n kind of cheap.
This is a review from me.

Look i am only handing you rent in the time frame inwhich then owner ask of me so you wont be infected with tuberculosis sorry if this is foreighn to you because you dont handle the health condition of the residents but i was asked to keep people so i am sorry if i am late or that it is aggravating , if you want to check my badge

High rent ! Invasion of privacy monthly !
1 washer 1 dryer per 12 units get your place in line and hope your the people before you remember to take there cloths out when done. Theres a fat rude guy that sun bathes in the "Playground area" and is in everyones bizniz constantly. . . .
the price of this place is the same cost as a single home without the "Constant inspections" every month they give you a reason to enter your home ( not really yours if they constantly remind you of how they can enter without permission)
the office staff are rude and harsh on everything they constantly make snide
