LOOK ELSEWHERE !!!!!! This place now only accepts rent if you provide you bank account number and routing to a website, like that's safe. I guess if I want to pay a 19.44 "convince fee". If not a voucher system is in place so I can go stand in line at walmart for 10 minutes just to pay rent. I have lived there for 6 years and it keeps getting worse. All the comments here are ALL TRUE. For every 1 comment made here there must be 20 times the amount, of people not wanting to comment.

Please check the review before you move here in this place. The manager and the assistant manager they changed my life today I will have to stay in the hotel for more days because they just canceled my move day only because I asked them if I can see the apt I will move before I complete the contract… they are so rude and unprofessional they not respect… really bad experience if you are smart you will NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE

My kids just moved there a little over a month ago and the apts are supposed to be newly renovated but the tile is cracked where it meets the carpet between the living and dining room and the air conditioner did not work when they moved in and still is not working. It took a few weeks to at least get a small window unit for their 2 bedroom apt so when it is hot they all have to pile in one room to keep cool but their neighbors downstairs got a more powerful portable unit suitable for their entire apt. Idk what's going on with maintenance but hope their heater works lol

I can’t stress enough, please do not move in here. I am unable to use my AC because it leaks like crazy. I have a 1 year old and 6yr old. If I turn on my AC my daughter carpet would be soiled and my hallway would be a slip and slide and bucket I use to catch the water my son plays in that nasty water. From all the leaks coming from the AC the buckets can’t catch all the water because of the base boards. My daughter room smells so bad like mildew. It gives me a headache when I walk in to grab her clothes. She is currently sleeping with me and my son. Management are dragging their feet to fix

They aren’t dependable. They don’t care about if you even need to wash your clothes just to call maintenance (which they won’t). Because it’s an inconvenience for them. They have been rude multiple times over the phone. They care about “looking good” to new clients and getting off early even if you need they’re help they will not support or help in any way. I have lived here for a year now. The staff was rude to me when I moved in as well as my mother who was helping me move in. I could not get my couch inside the apartment, and a neighbor told me that they had maintenance take the frames off the doors to get their couch in. I called EVERY DAY and they said they didnt have anyone there to do so. Im sure you had someone there at least one day of the whole MONTH I called to help me get my couch inside. Instead, they have me a notice to remove it from my patio (thats where i ended up having to put it) or they would charge me. Mind you, this couch was

Overall these apartments are great! The units are nice and well kept! Very friendly environment for kids! I am grateful that they do allow dogs of all breeds and they do have onsite laundry which is very convenient the mangers are very nice and informative. Although sometimes when you come to them with concerns they respond in a smart-alec manner! Only bad thing I will say is that they are very quick to terminate your lease over any small thing if your looking for something that will feel like HOME these are not for you because they have lots of dumb rules that you have to follow and if you have

Don't live here. My apartment has flooded every way that it can flood. From the tub, from the washer drain in the wall, from the master closet, from the outside! Not to mention all the glass all over the grounds. This place is a mess. I understand that there's not much management can do but for the customer, this is not a good choice. Take your money elsewhere.

Don't move here. Their advertising is very deceiving. These apartments used to be named Twin Lakes but the name was changed to Solare Apartment Homes. So, do yourself a favor and read reviews for both names before signing a lease.
If I could give less than one star trust me I would. Without any exaggerations, this is by far the worst place that I've ever lived. I currently live towards the front of the complex and it's overpriced for the issues that you encounter. Since, the first day until now ( 8 months) we've encountered various issues with this apartment complex
