Apartments are good, safe and at a good location. The apartments are carpeted so good for cold weather. They have good balcony so it looks good.
The only problem here is: Maintenance and emergency. The maintenance team was very proactive last year. Not sure what happened now, it's taking a lot of time. And, no one picks emergency number. Lack of staff is showing here.

Lived here two years.
Good:
Maintenance crew are nice and friendly. They usually respond to service request on the same day.
It’s very quiet depending on where your building is.
The grass, trees and plants are maintained well.
Dog friendly. Bags and trash bins for dogs are everywhere. Easy access to grass area.
Okay:
Appliances, toilet and shower are old.
The building itself is old. Poor insulation between units. I live on the top floor and I can hear downstairs tv, music and walking noises. I wouldn’t live here if you work from home.

Many street parked cars especially around

Unfair move-out charges.
I stayed in Hampton Greens from April 2019 to July 2021. I was charged a move-out fee of $786.50. It seems like renovation charges are being added to the previous tenant. Attached picture taken on move-out to show that it was normal wear and tear. Below charges are totally unfair.
1) Countertop Resurfaced: $189
This was normal wear and tear based on the usage over the last 26 months.
2) Apartment Cleaning: $150
The apartment keys were returned only after the apartment was completely cleaned after move-out.
3) Touch Up Paint: $80
The apartment didn't have any markings

Community is nice to stay. Apartments are spacious, maintenance team is good. Appliance are little old and should be changed\replaced.
Few of the low lights of community are-
Street lighting - Street lights arr not properly placed or are inadequate. There has been multiple instances where theft has occurred at hampton greens. Still some of the basic stuff such as street lighting hasn't been improved.
Security - Every now and then people from various organizations come and knock the door to ask for money in order to support there cause. Couple of times newspapers guys also came to subscribe to

Please note my review is strictly based on my stay at the apartment room B-102 from April to October. As everyone already knows, due to pandemic, I wasn’t able to use any of the amenities so I won’t be able to review on any of them. First of all, the staffs here are great. Office staffs are very nice, the maintenance people are very friendly and in my opinion, they came to handle my requests in timely manner so I had no issue with them.
