Weve lived here about 4 years now. There has been some ups and downs but overall we have had a great experience. We recently upgraded into a new 2 bedroom apartment as weve had a kid and the place is so nice. The manager and the front desk lady Haley and Lilly have been excellent to work with.
Every time we've needed maintenance done it has gotten done very quickly with great guys. Thank you team sage

Been here for the past 4 years. Maintenance is very nice and they work very hard to keep our property and apartments well upkept. Management is nice and since I have lived here they listen to complaints and try and resolve the tenants issues. Dog and Cat friendly place. Will continue to reside here.

I have been here 3 years. Managment is nice, Maintenance team is great. Friendly, helpful, and try to get things done quickly. Managment has done a great job trying to clear out the riff raff. My only conplaints about Sage is the non smoking policy. As a medical cannabis user this has cause me some stress in dealing with Everett PD. I have no intentions of moving any time soon.

Writing this review during the 2020 pandemic. They limit contact time at their office, then you would think giving them a call should be able to talk to them right? Wrong!! From morning til evening, I gave them multiple phone calls and all go to voicemail. Guessing they are super busy renting out apartments during the pandemic. Even better, the manager is the worst, rude and cut-off. I would say the maintenance guy is way nicer than she is. Also, I rent the a 1-bedroom but barely there at all. They will charge you a flat rate of trash and sewer for about $25 each even though you don't stay there

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The druggies coming and going all hours of the day and night or dropping their needles along the sidewalk. Office staff.. LOL - they're condescending, rude and unprofessional, don't bother going to them for anything. I've met some great neighbors though.

Tell us we have five grace days to pay rent then we go in on the fifth and they tell us it’s late and they can’t accept our payment because it isn’t a money order, gives us to late fees because we cant get a money in the time they close. What’s the point of having grace days if you’re not gonna abide by them. Keep in mind they were closed on the the First and Fourth.
