Hickory was born from the simple belief that familiar, recognizable foods can be elevated by using the freshest Pacific Northwest ingredients and enhanced by inventive New American cuisine flavor profiles. Our owner, Matt Olson, is a local businessman, restaurateur, and avid hunter and fisherman. He believes the best tasting dishes are made from wholesome, locally sourced ingredients.
Our assortment of eclectic, vibrant, classic dishes created in our scratch kitchen and influenced by New American Cuisine offer something for everyone. The Hickory experience includes creative libations from our craft bar made with small-batch spirits as well as traditional brands, and a wide selection of local + regional wines and beers.
After [we played] golf, had lunch on the deck, food and service were great. Previously have enjoyed the deck for a good happy hour. Camas Meadows has a lot going for it, beautiful course, efficient & friendly staff, good food, main reason it is always busy. The Valentine's Day dinner they had was one of the best chefs choice meals we have had in a long time.

Great place to go for a premium food experience, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. Went here on a rainy Sunday and since the crowd here is mostly made up of golfers the restaurant wasn't terribly busy. They have plenty of TVs that have a variety of sports playing. I will definitely be back.

We loved this place!! Starting with the menu which has so many delicious options it is hard to choose. The food was super tasty and fresh. This place also has an amazing view. We could see cute deers grazing from our table. The service was awesome as well. Our waitress was super friendly. We highly recommend Hickory, and are telling all our friends and family. Special thanks to the chef Alex Jones, you are the best!

Celebrating an important anniversary of our friends. Ambiance on the patio overlooking 18th hole was nice, portions were ample, but one of our margarita glasses rimed with salt was chipped on the edge. One staff member took the glass to bring another drink but unfortunately the restaurant wouldn't replace the drink. We could have cut a lip or drank glass pieces. Fail on their part!

This is attached to the golf course, with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was facing the golf course with a really nice view. I ordered the southern fried chicken and my date had fish n chips. Both were really good, fries were crispy and delicious. A little on the pricey side but not crazy. Still would recommend

I've enjoyed several wonderful meals here in the last couple of months. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The ambiance, what I would describe as kind of a elegant rustic, I love - classy but relaxed. I feel comfortable I'm a dress or shorts. They have a delightful, cozy bar; the dining room and patios are spacious. If you dine in the back patio you will be treated to a stunning view of the golf course.
