Sunset Sands

I would first like to start to talk about the manager in the office, her name is brittney is very sweet and get things done in a good timely matter, the apartment maintenance guy is great too. He fixed things fast and knows how to fix it fast with out problems, the company for the apartment is great to works with you if you have any issues, my apartment itself is great. Everything I had issues with has been fixed or soon to be fixed. Great apartments to live.

Scheduled a tour and the manager Brittany was extremely helpful and professional. She walked me through the application process. I look forward to being a resident at the property soon.

I appreciate the things Brittany has done for me and this property. She has addressed many things and is taking care of things here at the property. She makes sure everything is done accordingly. I appreciate how she looks out for me and all of the residents and also has been doing great and I want to make sure she stays here!

I took a look at these apartments while looking for a new place, and everything was well kept the landscaping and the unit. The application process was very quick and the manager communicated with me throughout the whole process, and scheduled a showing very quickly. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I've been living here for 4 yrs now and the
management here has really stepped there game up. She is very friendly and always has a smile . Unlike the other managers that were here in the past and always looked like they hated there job. Maintenance is on top of taking care of whatever needs to be fixed asap.

11/30/2021 sunset sands is the worse place to live in one word its HELL. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! lived here for 3 months and i lived in a roach infested apartment. We were sprayed 5 times and still had them. We complained and complained, almost getting the health department involved. The people here are terrible, our neighbors would always be screaming at each other and fighting every single night. Not a great experience and not only did we stay there for a short amount of time, they had the audacity to take money out of our deposit. An apartment complex not only renting a vermin infested unit, that was poorly cleaned and put together for move in, but taking money for only

The leasing lady and the maintenance guy are just so nice! They always have a smiling face and help you with whatever you need. Last Friday my lock wasn't working on my front door. I went and told the lady in the office and within 30 minutes the maintenance guy was there to fix it. Thank you for caring about your tenants!

I had the best experience here. Finding a place to move into has been the most difficult task for me of 2019, until I stumbled upon Sunset Sands. The two ladies I've dealt with in the office have made the transition a breeze. After walking through the model of their renovated units, I knew I was sold. I wanted to stay on this side of town because of work and this is the nicest unit I've seen to date in the area. Happy to call Sunset Sands my home and I'm excited about their referral bonus -- I'll be spreading the word to everyone I know!

They have amazing specials and constant community events. I am happy I jumped at my chance to rent here, my kids couldn't be happier for us to have our own place. Lindsay in the office is so sweet and very quick with the app processs. I'd recommend to everyone! Affordable and right off the fwy. Perfect for me.

The newly renovated units are gorgeous! Took a tour with Jaclyn and was very happy with the service she provided, she answered all my questions. Hoping to move in soon!
