New Hope Clinic was established over 20 years ago to provide free healthcare services to adults in Brunswick County who lack health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We serve approximately 1,000 adults in our community annually, who represent about 10% of all eligible adults in the county. We offer quality medical, dental, health education, and pharmacy services in a patient-centered setting.
Services
New Hope Clinic is a volunteer driven 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has been working since 1998 to provide quality medical, dental and pharmacy services to Brunswick County adults in a caring, patient centered setting. Currently, with a small paid staff and over 150 volunteers contributing over 11,000 volunteer hours, we provide more than 6,000 patient encounters each year.

You do have to put in the paperwork for help. If you're approved you can get any and all your medical needs taken care of. As it is with other places paperwork, approval, and help. I have been going there for close to 2 years and never had a problem.

I called this place earlier today to get some information about getting a lower left tooth with a cavity on it looked at and was told they do not take in walk ins also I was told they do not take medicare as insurance. They will take medicade in but not medicare so I think personally that is one sided but what ever to each their own. We know medicare will not cover dental but the other would that is messed up.

I called for an appt. And the first thing she said that they were not a free clinic and you have to fill out a application to be a patient.
They need to change their web site.

My boyfriend is a type 1 diabetic, and needed to know if he could pick up his insulin tomorrow, but he is at work and won't be off until after they close. Well I have gone with him EVERY time to this place and they have never been super nice people, but I called to see if he could pick up his insulin tomorrow and the lady got a really nasty attitude with me. She not only won't tell me if his insulin is there, but she was so rude. The only reason this place gets more than one star is because they have helped my boyfriend out a lot as far as providing insulin. But now he is low on it and isn't even
