LifeSource Inc. is a healthcare management service organization committed to filling an existing need in the healthcare arena, specifically in the area of mental health. LifeSource provides onsite psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy services to the residents of long term care facilities, independent living communities, behavioral health centers, hospitals and behavioral health agencies throughout the central and eastern US.
Congratulations to Kelly Haught! She is our Spotlight Winner for September! Kelly works in our Mooresville/Charlotte, NC area. She has been rockin' and rollin' with our Telehealth Team since March. Even after her very first day, our clinicians were impressed by her, and that has only continued to be the case with each new clinician!
Recent History of Hospitalizations, Trauma/Falls, Medication Changes, Diet Changes, Behavioral Changes, and/or Lab Results. Our office is currently closed. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST; our offices are closed on all major holidays. Triage requests received outside of business hours or on a holiday are not addressed until the next business day.

Jason Darden NP is the Best. He is great to work with and very flexible to meet your needs in the Communities. Dr. Mike Dewulf is also great. Our Residents love him. Both of them are very professional. John Hunsinger is excellent in getting my Residents approved for services in a timely manner. Great people to work with.

I worked for a different company that provided identical services. I had never met more than a single coworker with previous unscrupulous employer. LifeSource on the other hand flew me out to their main office for orientation. During Covid they are maintaining their portion of my medical insurance even though work has been all but been eliminated due Nursing Home lock downs. In addition they are thinking outside the box and working diligently to find accessible work. This is the best job I have ever had and I hope to be with them until I retire.

I came to LifeSource because my antidepressant was failing and I needed to see someone about a switch. They took my insurance and were the closest to my job. Should have done more research. Their one glowing review I could find was done by someone who actually works there.
My copay to see a "specialist" is $80. Instead of being face to face with a psych, I was FaceTiming with a NP. I could have gone to my primary care doctor and done that for half the price.
The one redeeming quality was that the NP who I did see, was very nice and anytime I had a question he would respond within that

Worst place ever. Talk to NP via Skype. My last appointment they refused to see me because I owe some money towards copays. I rescheduled it and had to cancel due to a migraine. I called that morning before they opened so the message would be received. I didn't get a call back until the next day. Told receptionist I needed a refill on a medication that I can not go without. It STILL hasn't been filled! I have been without this med for 5 days! I can't move! I called yesterday and she said she sent request through. This morning I called when they opened and as always got the voicemail
