Marketing and Advertising - we submit your property listing to multiple advertising mediums as well as with corporate relocation placement agents.
All persons age 18 years or older, who will be living in the home, are required to complete separate applications and will be screened. A photo I.D. (current driver's license, military I.D. or passport) is required of each applicant at the time the application is submitted. A copy will be kept on file.

My wife and I had a positive experience with Residential Rental Group. We rented a home from them for 4 years until we had to relocate into another state. Maintenance requests were always acknowledged and attended to promptly. I wasnt the biggest fan of property walkthroughs every six months, mainly because I have dogs but I understand they want to give owners peace of mind that the property isn't being destroyed. Our experience have been amazing. We moved to Oregon from North Carolina back in March. RRG was the 3rd Property we seen. Jeana worked with us, she was AMAZING!!! She kept us informed about the status of our application. And within a week we were in our home. Maintenance is done within a timely manner. We’ve had such an awesome experience thus far. Everyone that we’ve encountered at RRG have been great. We have no complaints!!! Thanks RRG for making our transition to Oregon a smooth one!!!

Great service in taking our money! But horrible responses to mold issues and upkeep. Barely meet standards for tenant laws and regulations.
Our basement was labeled "unusable" since we moved in, the one time I got to check it out, we found horrible case of black mold rising up from the bottom of the house. They came to "fix" the mold issue. They threw some generic dollar store brand mold cleaner which only made it worse.
After that, we received a termination of tenancy without stated cause. No only is the tenancy notice a mess, but it has two move out dates.

While the ladies here are all nice people, this is probably one of the worst rental agencies you will ever come across. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of learning this from the first week I rented my apartment from them, as they did not provide full disclosure on many of the aspects of the apartment such as parking and the continuous water shut-offs in my building. I can not recommend anyone use this rental group, maybe if you live in Hillsboro where they are located, but even then, you should look elsewhere first.

Today I scheduled a tour at a property for rent through residential rental group. I was very dissapointed with the experience. I've never felt such a sense of disdain coming from a property manager. I have an excellent credit score, rental history and have been an established business owner for 10 years. I would of been an excellent tenant but she refused to work with me when I said I needed to give a months notice before moving in. She wanted me to move in two weeks from approval. I'm not desperate or homeless, so most responsible tenants need a month or they will be paying for two weeks of unoccupied

Whether you are a tenant or a property owner, avoid this shockingly incompetent company as though it were the plague. Every single transaction I had with them was marred by some kind of serious error. They are very disorganized and do not keep good records. They do not understand their own leases and contracts, and do not have accurate knowledge of Oregon landlord-tenant laws. They do not communicate clearly, either in person or in writing. Worst of all, they never admit fault or work together to find a solution, preferring to maintain an aloof pretense of suave professionalism. Don't be fooled

RESIDENTIAL RENTAL GROUP is a property management company who manages several properties in the Forest Grove area, including the one we live in. I would STRONGLY suggest people NOT rent homes that are managed by this company.
We are excellent renters. We own a home in Seattle that we rent out and treat this house as we would want our home treated. However, we will be moving because of how poorly we have been treated by this company.

We have been working with Residential Rental Group for 5+ years now as owners. We find them to be efficient, resourceful and professional at managing our property. They also manage properties for two of our friends who are also quite happy with their services. Our last tenants liked RRG so much, they rented from them again when they were ready to move to a smaller home. Jeanna Cole, the owner, is great at diffusing situations. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The longer I work with them, the more I appreciate what they can do and how they do it.
