Please call Locks on Wheels at 503.796.9600 - RESIDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCKOUT SERVICES. First, look for the local shutoff valve for the item that is actively leaking or flooding. Faucets have an angle stop underneath in the cabinet area for both hot and cold water underneath. If turning off the local shutoff does not stop the problem, find the water main for your home or unit, and turn off at the source.
If outside temperatures are below freezing, and water is not coming from a specific faucet or spigot, you may have a frozen pipe. How do I thaw a frozen pipe? Toilet runs constantly, or makes dripping or gurgling noise - (Failure to report running or leaking toilets may result in fees to the resident due to excessive water usage.).
For Authorization letter required to obtain satellite dish installation service in the rental home. Please print a copy of the letter, complete the date, vendor name, tenant names and property address, then sign at the bottom and return to your property manager via e-mail at admin@specializedrealtypdx.com.
We would like you to review our policies and procedures in regards to the application process.
