Worst apartment complex, so many problems with the front and they are so rude anytime you try to reach out. They seriously lack curb appeal and our so called “amenities” never work. The gym is a broken mess and the pool was out of commission for most of summer. There are bugs everywhere, even when pest control sprays. The people at the front desk have the worst attitudes and will get you towed for no reason. One of the stickers was on the dash and towing took it at night because they didn’t look. No where on the website does it say it has to be in certain spot and our car stayed out like

Glad my family and I moved out of this place. Ever since Lindsey stopped working at the leasing office the women operating the office are awful. On your way moving out they add additional charges you don’t owe or never seen and when you try to contact them they send Karen to tell you lies and give attitude. If anything get rid of Karen cause she got some nerve telling me she can help me with my questions then get an attitude when she can’t figure out what she’s reading in front of her. Pitiful.

I’ve been living here in eagle point for 4 years now I love the location the appartments are located in, living in the middle of Fayetteville makes it easy to get around town. Takes me like 5-10 min get anywhere. The apartments themselves are great lots of room and a overall good look to them. Sun room is highly recommended its very spacious and can definitely be used as an office . The front office has always been great to me! Anytime I’ve ever needed anything they’ve always helped me out quickly and effectively Teresa, Amanda, and Karen are fantastic! Love these apartments.

If I can give 0 stars I would.Teresa and Karen are the two nastiest women I have ever encountered! During the apartment tour they were sweet but after the lease was signed is when ALL hell broke loose. Upon moving in my master bedroom literally had no door and the microwave did not work. There were stains all over the floor and window screens were broken. Our front door literally looks like it's been kicked open. Getting maintenance to fix anything is like pulling teeth. When you speak to the leasing office about your concerns they're rude and condescending. I wish I never moved here! The gate

RUN!!!! Do not live here horrible living conditions our apartment flooded almost every time it rained had to throw out furniture and constantly had to deal with mold and them not doing anything or taking forever the bathtub was clogged before we even used it. Almost non existent water pressure. And the best part is they kept our entire deposit and probably did nothing to fix that place and a YEAR LATER ! ! ! they are trying to charge us almost 300 bucks FOR WHAT! Scam artists!!!

Moved in with the impression that they had no roaches. Well, that was a lie. Between assuring me they have none and letting me believe that the apartment was clean, I have to say that this apartment complex is unsanitary. I have added pictures of the water from me cleaning the carpets in the apartment and it is still not clear or atleast less dirt in the water. I open my cabinet and boom a roach, I open my closet door and boom another roach, I have even been just sitting on my floor and boom a roach. No its not water bugs. I can't sleep just thinking something may creep on me. Do not move in here

Don’t do it . Customer service from the leasing office is not very friendly or helpful . Nice apartment on the inside . But customer service sucks . Not worth the money for a gated community . When the gate only works 3 months out of the entire year . Even if you have excellent pay history with them . They don’t treat you right
