Roger did a thorough inspection of the house we are considering to buy. He explained everything in the detail during the inspection, gave recommendations, and elaborated on what may be an urgent issue to address. He prepared a report in an expedited manner per my request, because we were in the decision point of making an offer for the house.
Highly recommended inspector in the Seattle area.
