Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to reveal things which can't be seen by the naked eye. We perform thermal imaging on all home inspections. Mold, Water, Asbestos & Lead tests available. We can perform a variety of tests which will communicate what is involved in reducing damage to homes.

I used Yelp to find inspection services in Seattle, Titan inspection was the first to reply to my enquiry. Brian gave us a very reasonable flat rate for a 4 bedroom house and was available for the date we specifically requested. I would message Brian on odd hours and I would get a prompt reply. Extremely satisfied with their customer service.
Emmitt was the inspector that inspected our house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took over 200 photos of inside and outside of the house. And did a thorough overview of the house.

Brian Dodd was so patient. He went through every aspect of the home while answering questions from the buyers, parents and the agent. I was able to easily schedule him to come out in less then 24 hours. He had his report ready that evening. This gave me time to review before meeting with my clients.
