The management team is very responsive and does a great job keeping residents informed of any activity that may impact the quiet enjoyment of its renters.
The grounds and buildings are very well maintained including the landscaping, snow removal and common areas.
I’ve lived in apartment buildings managed by major companies like Buzzuto. Arlington Realty interactions have been far more personal in a way large companies just can’t mimic.

Never thought I’d see the day I’d bother reviewing a property management, but these guys have been the most pleasant property managers I’ve ever encountered. I was in a rush to move with my previous lease expiring and Martina processed my application and got me moved in less than a week. Quick turn around time on inspecting and getting my unit clean and ready for move-in. I also had a problem with the heating in my unit during this pandemic and they delivered heaters for me to use and picked them up too. They really do make you feel at home. I can’t say enough good things about Arlington reality. Superfluous. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional and friendly, they worked with me despite my damaged credit and they are responsive to my requests. Martina especially has been great to work with. I highly recommend them as your rental management company.

I've rented my property through Arlington Realty for over 4 years after moving across the country. From pest control, to HVAC maintenance, to a new refrigerator, they've been pretty outstanding at making it easy for me (and for my tenants). Very responsive and attentive. Keep up the good work!

Update: the response they sent below is not correct. I was told directly from my landlord Arlington Realty held the deposit. They did not return it within the legal time line. They also never “explained” anything like that to me and are now just trying to cover their tracks.
My landlord and I used this company for the duration of my lease. They have not returned my security deposit and are past the 45 day deadline. No one ever returns calls or emails and if you do manage to get in touch they just give you the runaround they are going to check with the accountant and then nothing. I suggest

Arlington Realty has managed a rental property for us for the last few years. They are always available, attend to the tenant needs and questions, and fill the property with great tenants. They have made being an absentee landlord a breeze. Highly recommended.
