I would like to compliment David Salazar, Maintenance Coordinator, for the outstanding and professional job he has done with addressing unexpected repairs at my rental home. David had responded to my tenants' service requests immediately and followed up with me in a timely manner. He was able to identify the repair problems and addressed the issues with respective vendors. David always either sent me an email or made a phone call to keep me updated. It meant a lot to me to know that David had the same interest in my property as I do. Thank you David!!

The washer stopped working and we contacted the property management for help. Next day, they sent us someone to check on the machine and see what was the problem. After checking, the maintenance guy said that the machine is old and should be replaced, and within few days, we had a two brand new washing machines (tower type, one large and attached to it is a mini washer).

I had a problem with one of my appliances, and they solved it. It took a little long, but it's not their fault. The contractor had to order some parts to repair it. While I was waiting for the repair, they kept me posted with any updates. Although I had to wait, it's not uncomfortable that much. Mostly, I want to thank Adrian. He's very kind and so reliable for the process. I'm so satisfied with the whole process.

Chuck Adcox, has done an amazing job managing my home as a rental. I had to move in 2008 when the real estate market tanked. I was underwater on the home.. Chuck was able to rent out my property right away and I couldn't believe the amount of rent I was able to get. He's screened all of my tenants over the years and I've never had an issue with late payments. I would recommend Chuck to anyone who is looking for property management services in the Northern VA area.

Axel Sanchez takes care of our rental property and his customer service has been excellent. Whenever a problem arises he promptly contacts me and has the problem fixed very quickly. My wife and I have told Axel that we wanted the property taken care of as if we lived there, and he does that. It's also nice that the tenants know that any maintenance problem will be quickly and correctly repaired.

Cindy from Real Property Management Pros called to follow up on the contractor who came to look at a hole in one the walls in our 2nd bathroom, though he may not have found the cause of the crack in our dry wall, he did recommend the dry wall be repaired. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
