I lived there for 4 Years and wen I moved in the refrigerator was broken I called them and they said that they would bring the part but a year went by and they never came. also the apartment is falling from the termits and they said they could do anything about that the walls are leathery falling apart. We told them that we were moving they never answered until 3 weeks later and they want to charge us 500 dollars more because they took forever to answer us.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! We had a problem with the bathroom in the upstairs unit leaking into our bedroom until it made a hole in our ceiling and after calling multiple times emailing pictures they finally came to fix it 2 years later. We also asked if we could replace the fridge because the one in the unit was super small and we now we got a response we moved out as soon as we found something we could afford and now can’t seem to get anyone to let us know the status of the return of our security deposit!! Highly DO NOT recommend this place !!!

Before renting one of their properties last year, I was hesitant due to the negative reviews. However I prioritized living in a nearby city to have a short commute to my work, instead of dealing with the long bay area commutes.
An "apartment" (they listed it as an apartment, but it's built and designed more like a quadplex) they had available was the cheapest option I had at the time. In terms of this being a shady company as stated by other reviews, the answer is YES. They WILL try to take a big chunk of your outrageously high security deposit (2 or 3 times more than other rental property companies

Terrible shady business. They buy properties, kick out original tenants. Couple of years ago they bought where we rented and raised the rent $1k with only a month notice. Sent a .2 cent check to mock that they took our deposit. Shady business.

I have been renting from redwood landing for three and a half years now I have previously filled out maintenance request it's been 9 months and nothing's been done about it if you are a new renter be aware they are very cheap and do not like to do repair jobs the right waythe staff at the reception desk is nice but once you get to a person who can help you they are very unprofessional and sometimes rudethe complex where I live there is a no pets policy however pets are present in the units without a legal service animal they bark 24/7 in management doesn't doanyting I highly recommend you go through
