My fiance and I submitted applications for an apartment with HPI last week. I called Sheila and asked questions about qualifications and let her know that I had an ESA (dog). She said we should qualify based on what I told her and she recommended that we call her right before we submit to make sure that no one had submitted an application right before us. She said we were at the top of the list and to submit right away, which I did. I thought that was very nice of her to suggest.
