Russ is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects of housing inspections. My previous realtor was impressed with the depth of information include in his inspection report. Russ takes time to explain and show his clients exactly what and why his concerns are. I feel confident in recommending his inspection services. 10 out of 10!

When I called R Squared, Russ answered the phone. I explained that I needed my roof inspected. He said he only did whole house inspections. I told him that my husband usually took care of those things but he had recently died. I didn't trust roofing contractors to look at my roof because I felt they would automatically tell me I need a new roof. Russ graciously agreed to come out because he said I sounded like I needed help, and I did. I mentioned the above because I wanted to express how much I appreciated someone who went out of his way to help me when I needed it most. It is good to know there

As our inspection progressed, we were provided with explanations on what the inspector was looking for. Although our property was brand new construction, several items of issue were discovered that I wouldn't have known to look for. This list of items were provided to the builder and we're corrected before we took possession of our new place. R-Squared provided excellent information. I will hire them again.

I wish there were more stars. Russ is really great. His inspection is amazingly thorough and the report he provides is detailed.
His experience shows, as he was inspecting my new property he identified mold and radon that needed to be remediated and the off the cuff estimates for remediation where very close to the quotes I got.
His feedback on what he though the mold remediation cost actually saved me money, because the first quote I got was quite a bit higher and caused me to shop around more. I ended up in the ballpark he though which saved me thousands.
Great guy.

Russ (R Squared Property Inspections) was very professional and, thorough, my inspection was report was detailed and not rushed, He answered all of my questions and advised that he's there after the fact for any additional questions, And to top it off he was very nice. I will use his services again if I have to. I highly recommend him to anyone that's looking to have a home inspected.

Russ at R Squared Property Inspections was a recommendation from our realtor, and so happy that he was recommended. Russ made sure that we covered all aspects of the home for inspection, and that I understood why he was making the recommendation regarding issues, and to whether they were a major, minor, or maintenance issue. He also called after he sent the inspection report to ensure that I understood everything in the report, as well as everything we had gone over in the actual inspection.
