Dimitry, My inspector, was very professional and extremely thorough in his assessment of my new home.
He took his time and also explained anything he found questionable in great detail with me, side by side.
As a first time home buyer, I had many questions regarding home upkeep and things to look out for; Dimitry answered each question honestly, and judgement free. Something he didn't have to do.
He also included a PDF copy of the inspection in great detail with pictures. I actually used this to renegotiate money back from the sellers for needed

We had Dimitry as our inspector, who was very helpful and professional. He was doing our pre-move in inspection for a condo we had just purchased. We are first time home-buyers, and Dimitry was very helpful in pointing out and explaining how to manage our HVAC units and other seasonal maintenance we should perform. Dimitry was great to work with and we could not have asked for a better inspector when searching for our first home! We found Dimitry through CMI and seeing which inspectors were near us. We ended up choosing to go with Approved Home Inspections because their website explained what they offered which aligned to what we were looking for (i.e. home inspection report, estimated pricing, etc.)!
