A much better experience than most gyms. I have done everything from personal trainers to large chain gyms, BGI is by far the best. I have been doing the group classes for a few years now and I never get bored. I get a great strength and cardio workout in about an hour. The trainers are excellent, and the group atmosphere really motivates you to get through the workout.

We love the training program at BGI. The workouts incorporate a variety of movements and paces so you never get bored. The coaches/trainers are extremely knowledgeable and really make an extra effort to work with you on both your strengths and weaknesses. Plus, the schedule offers plenty of opportunities to work out each day.

I have tried many other local group fitness gyms including HEW, Orange Theory, Title Boxing, etc. BGI has by far been the best fit for me. The group classes offer a comprehensive mix of exercises. I've been a member for 5 years but the trainers continue to challenge me to reach my changing fitness goals. I also love the friendships fostered through the gym....the trainers and other members make "gym days" my favorite days of the week.

There's always a new challenge and always a good workout. Great variety of movements so you don't get bored going through the motions. Even if you're not able to do certain things, or have an injury (past or present) the staff at BGI help you modify the workouts just for you to get you the best results. Great people and a great place to workout!

One of the best and most structured fitness programs I have ever come across. I have been a loyal member for 10 years and they have created such a unique concept that has kept me in the best shape of my life.
