Our facility in Jupiter, Florida includes a weight room, basketball court, and a bermuda grass outdoor field.

Whether you are looking to lift, sprint, jump, shoot or sweat it out with our Boot Camp classes, our facilities can compliment a variety of intense training excercises. At S.A.S. Sports Training our facilities include a spacious weight training room, a bermuda grass full size football field, a basketball gym, along with an auxiliary gym for a variety of excersice options.
S.A.S. Boot Camp is a program for men and women that provide an athletic-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement. Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape.
When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL.
Our agility training program here at S.A.S. is designed to increase your lateral movement. With resistance training, flexibility increasing movements, your quickness will increase. Agility increases due to strength, flexibility and familiarity. Agility is a key necessity in all sports. With sports specific exercises and drills being defined to the individual athletes needs, we guarantee results.

Great atmosphere and REALLY nice guys that work here. My third gym in Jupiter in 2 years and I think this is the one for me.
I need to be pushed to get to where I want to be fitness wise and these guys do it. I am pushed to my limits and seeing results after only two months.
Glad I found them not sure if they feel the same ;0)
Recommend SAS for the whole family.
