A caring guide, Mandi fosters a will most clients do not expect from themselves. Mandi makes a point to put the client first, counseling the individual on all aspects of fitness, all while establishing a relationship that pilots individuals through workouts seamlessly. After being unhappy with his own weight Zach decided to pursue a lifestyle change that would get him active and feeling healthier.
Our strategy for fitness is simple: get loose, get strong, burn fat, and have a great day. We start each workout with joint mobility, followed by strength training to burn up your carbohydrate stores (what you've eaten that day), then proceed to blast away unwanted body fat with high intensity interval training.
As a lifetime amateur golfer I have always searched for the best way to improve my game, especially as I get older. E3 Strength has undoubtedly been the single best influence on my game to date. By attending their one hour Bootcamps three days a week my balance, flexibility and strength have improved dramatically.
Bootcamp Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00AM, 5:00PM Saturday: 8:00AM Full body resistance training beginning with primary exercises and transitioning into various forms of interval training. Contact us to reserve your spot! Monday-Friday: 4pm, Saturday: 9am Youth Bootcamp creates speed, agility, power and strength.

If you’re thinking about it, do it! Cleanest gym I have ever worked out at. Kind, encouraging and knowledgeable trainers. Workouts are tailored and specific to you and your personal fitness journey. I’ve been going for 3 months, averaging 4 days a week and already notice HUGE improvements. Thanks to E3 for challenging me and pushing me to be my best!

Shout of to E3 Strength for going above and beyond with the online training boot camps! The time and extreme thought that was put into the classes was so AMAZING!!!!!! I am in the best shape of my life! Our trainers by far are the best I have ever had! More than just a gym to me, they have become family! Thank you Earl for all you do for our health!!

Best gym in Jupiter, Earl and his team are amazing people. Alex is caring, enthusiastic and his workouts are very effective. He arrived on time. He is a good listener and explains each exercise carefully making sure the right muscles are engaged. I am impressed with his knowledge and his careful guidance.

Brandon is a passionate and encouraging coach! Slow methodical movements mixed with cardio burst - felt more like a personal training session than group fitness class.
Overall, awesome! Wish I lived closer!

I joined E3 for their Mommy and Me class. Mandie is the best trainer! It’s great to be able to get an awesome workout in while not having to worry about childcare.

The best gym in the area. Period. Reasons are simple that most of us try to look for -
1. Clean environment
2. Personal training
3. Everything is tailored to your goals. All you have to do is let the coaches know if you have any injuries or feeling bad in your knee, shoulder or anywhere. Coaches always give you an alternate exercise.
4. Bootcamps are the best. Eventually, the people in the bootcamp become your second family. Haha!
5. The workouts are skillfully crafted including different training styles such as you would start with some stretching and warm up followed by strength, endurance

This gym is unbelievably clean, and has such a great atmosphere. The coaches and clients are unlike any other. There is such a family presence to E3 Strength, and the culture is phenomenal. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars, because they certainly deserve it. If you’re looking for a gym, this is the place to be!

Earl and his team are amazing - if you have been to a great gym in the past and are in search of one in the Abacoa area, this is it! Super convenient, yes, but more importantly, your results are a top priority. In addition, they are super conscientious when it comes to maintaining good form during an exercise so as to avoid injury - they get it, don't pass up on an opportunity to get in shape, meet some great people and keep injury free :)
