A Louisville resident since 1998, Brandon studied Mechanical Engineering and Finance at the University of Louisville. With over two decades of financial industry experience, Brandon entered real estate in 2000. During the 2008 housing crisis, he honed his eye for identifying and rehabilitating distressed properties and began to build the foundation for Denton Floyd Real Estate Group.

in lexinton ky was exsplained the situation and handled it very professional and was and is gonna help me retrieve my belongings and handled my situation very professional and friendly

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I know three people, including myself that have lived in Denton Floyd properties and ALL of them have had some of the worst renter experiences EVER! I have lived in a property that has had continuous problems with roaches, that has not been taken care of. The property manager tells me the same thing every time I contact here and nothing happens to fixed it. Our property manager ignores anytime we call and only responses through emails. Their emergency maintenance number is disconnected and NOTHING has been done to fix that issue. We have had

It's going on two days that I was unfortunate enough to sign a lease at the Lexington Villas. The amount of issues I have found in the apartment rented to me is ridiculous. The apartment had roaches throughout the entire space and roach eggs on the inside of the refrigerator. There is brown water coming out of the sinks, fixtures half attached and a non working toilet that has purple cleaner poured into it. I asked for a different unit, offered to wait for a new unit to come available and or just have the appliances replaced to avoid breaking my lease. She won't do anything except say sorry and

Maintenance doesn't exist. They seem to get an attitude when you put in a request. All they want is the rent. They change the rules every week. Been living there under different management for 6 years and they come in like it will be a big change. They are trying to put out all the old residents so they can remodel the units. They are over priced and keep raising the rent. You can't get inTouch with anyone in the rent office half of the time.

I lived at The Summit At Lexington from October 2020 to November 2020. In this time I had my water heater go out over a weekend and could not get a response from the office and they never contacted me following, of course that was when the office was closed due to covid, so I had to pay someone to repair it. I had no air conditioning for 3 months and they refused to fix it until the bank was coming to do some sort of inspection on the complex, 3 times I had my water shut off without warning (water was part of the apartments responsiblity), my ceiling leaked and they refused to repair it. I was always on time with rent. I had to leave because they left us with a leak in the ceiling and no AC(which they promised to fix over and over) in the hot months of summer. We left with no where to go. Do not recommend.

They do not return calls very upset with there apt manger if it doesn't involve them it's not a problem went 25days no usage of my kitchen then almost ten days with no air was miserable let's see what they charge me on the first just ridiculous never had problem lived with this complex 9yrs just here lately lots of issues

They don't answer phones, leave tenants with no hot water for at least 2 days a week, every week. Can't get an answer on the after hours number. They don't have maintenance. the few times i did get an answer, whom ever was on the other end of the phone was rude. They cancelled pest control, 3 months ago. The place is disgusting, trash every where, halls in the buildings are dirty and stink.
