Services
Minimum rental age requirements for the responsible party is twenty-five (25) years of age. The responsible party must be present at the time of check-in and present in the unit throughout the duration of the stay. Must provide proper proof of age by way of a valid Driver's License or valid Passport and a valid credit card in their name.

Not what it once was. We’re on the bay side and parties were going on all night. You can’t go to the hot tub because large groups of families camp out, play their own music and refuse to leave the area (3 hours of waiting in the pool/ chairs and no budge just for us 2 to get into the hot tub without having to sit shoulder to shoulder next to these people). The rooms themselves are wonderful, but the crowd has become filled with extended family gatherings and obnoxious people with red solo cups of alcohol who disregard others. This was our first time staying at The Palm Bay Club in Siesta Keys, FL. We stayed in the Bay side suites and absolutely loved it. We had access to both pools and the jacuzzi as well as the private beach. All accessible with a short walk, which we did not mind at all as the club is beautiful and the weather is perfect! We were thankful for the constant presence of the staff security. The security staff was friendly and nice and made us feel secure in letting our children have a little freedom on the property. Charles, the night security officer that we met, was especially friendly and helpful and

My mom, kids and I stayed here last week and had the most wonderful time. The room was perfect, pool by the bay was fabulous and beach access was great as well. The security guards Charles & John made us feel so welcome and safe throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this resort, you will not be disappointed. We will be back!!!

The location and staff are great. We stayed in the tower and you can't beat the view for the price. Also, security was always around so it made us feel safe. On the downside, our tower room (although clean) needed some major renovations. Peeling paint, old furniture, etc. Also our mattress and pillows were hard as rocks. We actually had to go buy pillows just to get some decent sleep, which we left there for the next guests. Overall, the tower was a decent spot for the location and price, but we won't be staying here again.

Staying at the Palm Bay Club was my first time going to Siesta Key.
This hotel was great and all condos can be rented from the actual club or privates owners via Airbnb/VRBO from my understanding. So each one will look different. There is a large building close to the beach that's hotels/condos.
There is condos on both sides of the street, beach and bay side. As for the pools, I would suggest the pool on the bay side. Beautiful view and has a hot tub.

We recently stayed here during our family vacation. I can't say enough good about this resort. The facilities were kept clean and well manicured. The staff was very friendly. security was top notch and friendly as well. Charles in the security department always had a friendly smile and was always upbeat and happy, you can tell he really loves his job. Charles is definitely an asset to your organization!! I would not hesitate to stay there again!! Check in was see less and check out was a breeze. No surprise charges or taxes like other places I've stayed. Very nice well groomed private

We come to Siesta Ket nearly every year. We always stay at the Palm Bat Club. There is always so much to offer. It’s super clean, a convenient location and the security there is top notch. We have had several occasions where we have spoken to Bob over the years and this year we met Charles. They are absolute assets to their development. They’re caring and responsive and make our family feel safe during our stay. I highly recommend Palm Bay Club. I can’t wait to be back!

This was possibly the best most beautiful hotel I have stayed at. You feel very safe walking around, the place is so super clean, and have to say the security guards are TOP NOTCH!! I was proposed to and this definitely made the trip more amazing but the people who worked there made this, for my now fiancé, super easy and helped when they could. The location obviously is going to be gorgeous. But the people who work there make you feel like family. We loved it and will always come back

Positives: great location, especially if you have teenagers that you're comfortable giving them some freedom. It's a pretty location, the palm trees lining the main drive to the beach is particularly pleasing. Everyone has their own experiences, but our interactions with every employee was top notch and very friendly.
Negatives: it does seem to be on the high price end compared to similar places that are close. I'm sure our condo was awesome back in 1987, but the only thing worse than the old and worn furniture was how much of it there was. At least one of the elevators

Stayed at the tower in a nice clean condo with nice furniture and a partial ocean view. However, we are supposed to have private beach access and even though the security guarding in front does not allow people who are not staying at the Palm Bay club to drive in he does advise them to park their cars somewhere else and walk into the beach. Witnessed this while walking from the pool to our condo. So the private beach gets saturated with non-residents. If we are paying 1,000 for 3 nights we should have a private beach. Not being mean, but when the residents want to go to the beach it is overcrowded

We stayed at the Grand Tower Beach Front (7th floor). The view was breathtaking. The unit was super clean and the kitchen is modern. The beds were super comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were provided which was awesome.
The sand is powdery white and a perfect place for sunrise/sunset viewing right on the beach. We had a great time and maybe one day we can live here in Siesta Key or Sarasota area.

My husband's family has been coming here for decades. Worse and worse year after year. Everything in need of repairs, management is rude, units aren't properly cleaned, etc. This year...a new one...elevators in the tower broke down daily and seemingly in violation of code. It's time for a complete reboot. If you don't believe me, just read the other repeat visitors' reviews below.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I can't give zero. The disrespect is incredible. My family have been coming for 10 years once a year sometimes twice. We rented for a week now in July and they did not let us know at all that the pool was closed, we had to find out when we got here (mind you after driving for 5 hours). We were a family of 8 in one room but we had 2 babies so overall we were 6 adults,and yet they told us we were over capacity and that was after we had brought our stuff down from the car and after we started unpacking they came to our door to literally

We had stayed here years back and it was much nicer. It is tired, in need of repairs and updating. We rented two units and one was dirty ( like get the bottom of your feet black kind of dirty) on check in. It also had a gross kitchen badly in need of updating.
It's not cheap but there is no housekeeping unless you stay 8 nights. So bring your cleaning supplies and plan on washing the one set of towels they give you. Seriously.... a week without cleaning the shower or toilet? Disgusting. Don't want to spend my vacation cleaning. I can do that at home for free.

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best with this facility
The General Manager was the worst and should not work with the public. I have never never felt discriminated as this "person" made us feel
We call for towels 5 times and they never sent anyone so we asked to talk to the manager and we got yelled at as though as we were staying for free

Stayed here in November 2016. We stayed on the Gulf side and rented a two bedroom/two bath unit for my family of four. The grounds were immaculate and were constantly being maintained while we were there. The unit was renovated and quite large. The staff was friendly and helpful.
But the real attraction was, of course, the private beach. So beautiful, so clean, powder soft sand, and crystal clear water. There was a private company renting cabanas and tents, but the basic lounge chairs were free to use and were neatly stacked up every morning for us to grab. We will be back as often as we can possibly

I'm torn between a 4 and 5 Star assessment for this resort.
We made some last minute plans to go to this area after some business in the Tampa area. Couldn't seem to get an online reservation anywhere for the days we needed. Eventually I came across another place which was very nice but not the category of hotel or resort we like.
We drove to the beach and checked here for any possibility of a room. Lo and behold they had a one bedroom condo at a good rate. Our reservation clerk, Jessica, was great. Very helpful and made the reservation very smooth.

Glorious. Soft waves, perfect white sand, beautiful property. We started coming to Palm Bay ten years ago. The pool is always excellent and the guests are always nice. We usually stay near the pool, but this time we're enjoying the tower! Sure, you'll have some folks smoking or yelling at their kids, but that's the beach. This is amazing.
... Howwwwew does this place have low ratings? If you have the time and money to come to the country's most picture-perfect beach, then enjoy it! They even protect baby turtles here! :-)
