Our quiet, quaint, coastal concept, retreat offers exclusive beach access and is located within walking distance to the Siesta Key Village.
We found this place online and relied on others' reviews when we booked our stay and we were so glad. I found everything just about perfectly in line with what others said. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating!
We had a king studio room - it was small, quite small, but the bathroom was nice and everything was very clean and the room had everything we needed (including a toaster, microwave, small fridge, and even utensils, etc) While a bit more room would have been nice, we didn't spend lots of time in our room anyway.I loved that the room included beach chairs we could take out to the beach and there were beach towels we could use from the front office.

Our convenient location is ideal for relaxing without the hassle of driving. We are walking distance to everything from village shopping to indoor or outdoor dining. And at the end of an activity-filled day, it's nice to return to the comfort of the Siesta Beach Resort & Suites.

I liked that it was close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. The dishes in the room were dirty. The 1st thing I had to do was wash dishes. The staff was good about replenishing towels for us. Room said for up to 4 people, 1 Queen bed and a couch bed. Had to buy an air mattress for the couch bed as it was beyond bad. Room was very small for the price you pay, pictures are deceiving. Was still a great vacation. Would go back but get a bigger place. They have some really huge places to rent, but I don't think I would want to pay that price.

This place is in a prime location. You can be in the ocean or a downtown restaurant in 3 mins either direction. It’s a small but nice little group of rooms. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and had all the space we needed for the limited time we were in our room. It was clean, comfortable, and the a/c worked great! Also a very quiet area, and the staff could not be nicer. Elsa came through during our stay and caused a sewage backup in our room from all the water. They immediately helped move us to a new room and offered a discount - perfectly reasonable for something essentially out of their control

Beautiful little beach villa resort. Excellent location! 😍 We had a little water issue in the bathroom, but staff were extremely quick to respond and fix the issue. They brought new towels and even a bottle of wine and a birthday card for me! My husband and I already decided this is our yearly vacation spot! 💜

Siesta Key itself is an amazing vacation destination. We stayed at Beachside Villas for 5 days and four nights. First our studio apt was not large enough for a toddler with a backpack. There was no water pressure at all in shower. Called office after 5 days, no service man or call to our complaint. Pool was filled with Styrofoam beads from a broken toy and they are still in the pool. Never offered to clean our room in 5 days, never offered new towels. We will definitely return to siesta key but will never recommend or return to the Beachside villas!!!!
