I only had few experience with their one bedroom apartments, however my bestie seems to rave about their townhomes. Their one bedroom is a decent size. Big bedroom.

When i arrived at my apartment it was in complete disrepair, it didn’t even have outlet covers. Neither the AC/Heat works. I was then charged extra every month; if you’re late at all on payments they will keep throwing fees at you no matter what. They left the entrance broken for months. I can’t afford the horribly expensive rent (which was marketed at 700$ but is actually 810$) but sub-leasing is not allowed so there’s no escape. I asked if I could arrange a payment plan so I could afford rent this month without the insane 50$ per day late, but of course they still charge late fees even

I like this complex. It's 30+ years old and still a nice place to live. I have lived here when I was a kid and rent here now. This is a nice place, close to everything, but just far enough away to give a sense of comfort. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Absolutely terrible place to live. I'm moving from this trash soon. There's tons of kids that have neglectful parents and they'll just bang on your car and mess with your stuff. The apartments are also terrible. Very dirty, and the ceiling of my shower has a hole in it from water damage from the people above me. Terrible. Do not move here.

I moved in 5 months ago and from day one had issues with hot water turning off randomly, sometimes for an entire weekend. NOTHING has been done about this, we have called and emailed this office as well as Prism Real Estate to our exhaustion with no response from anyone. I was recently a few days late paying rent (first time ever) due to being hospitalized with Covid-19 and was told I had 3 days or would be evicted, when I asked about hot water I was shut down. We give so much grace with these difficult times but have been given zero, as for the hot water, or lack thereof it’s not on anyones

I'm a college student who was only coming down here for a short term lease. I wasn't expecting to have to endure such terrible management from the leasing team. Constant change in management lead to miscommunication and were never on the same page as me. If you are young and are coming for a short time, just know that they will try and take advantage of you for not knowing any better. Because I didn't give 60 days notice on a 3 month lease that I paid in front, I now have to pay 5 months of rent for a 3 month lease. They knew the whole time that I was only here for the Summer for an internship

Been here since Fall 2016. Have lived in 2 apartments due to changes in household size. The buildings have been around a few decades so take that into consideration. Maintenance has always been timely, dedicated, and efficient. Office staff make every effort to resolve tenant issues quickly and equitably.
We feel like family here. There is great diversity among the tenants and neighbors run the gamut from quiet homebodies to gregarious and socially active. Like all families, there will be one or two that upset the rhythm and flow, but the dangerous ones don't last long here.
The biggest hurdle

We have been living at this place for 6 Months in a Town home dealing with a very noisy neighbor who is loud from morning to morning. She lets her kids rip and run through the house, bang on the wall, and make other loud noises. We've tried to talk to the neighbor and she less then cares at all. However, we did talk to the office who said that they've done all that can, basically told us that there is nothing that they can do, and told us that we can move into another unit. Nobody should have to go through that nor move because the Office is negligent and has no remorse nor sympathy for

I don't even know were to start lol.
The staff and the people at timberline apartments are great.
BUT:
I went without heat 5 times when freezing out. I don't know what a hot shower feels like anymore. I also have rodents in the Celling making a pee spot above her head. Now I'm having fun braking my lease early, and they want me to pay in full, adding on the special fee of $50 a month, and no deposit back?
Pulse the rent was to be $545.00 a month. I have always had a bill $730.00 or more a month, they over charge in water, gas, and sewer bill. I moved here to try and save money
