I will give zero point if I can. The AC broke for months and I submitted several work orders and they still have not fixed my AC yet. There are lot of sipders out side the window as well, so I cannot open the windows if it is too hot inside. They will not take care of those sipders becuase they are "outside" the unit. The internet also is very poor here. Difinetly not recommend if you have other choices.

I moved into Towers in January.
First off, the layout of the apartment is strange. The bedrooms are unnecessarily huge and the kitchen is very small. We have laundry in our room which is nice but there is a laundry room right outside our door too. I would've taken a longer kitchen or closet or small pantry instead of having laundry be 10 feet closer. Another thing is during the winter, the walls get physically cold to the touch. Windows at all times during the year aren't sealed tightly so you can hear outside all the time as if the window was open. My roommate has allergies and he non stops sneeze

I lived here in the spring and summer of 2019. I loved living here. The location is super convenient, right on the State St and close to campus/memorial library and all major restaurants/bars. The deposit was promptly returned back unlike some other landlords who come up with frivolous excuses to siphon off your hard earned money. A little expensive from Madison standards, but that is worth it for the location and amenities. 10/10 recommend!

I have been living at Towers on State for two years now. I have had a few internet issues, but the front desk has been super helpful which I really appreciate. I love the new fitness center and game room. They just added a new pool table and dart board, which is super nice right now since we can't do much with COVID. All of the study rooms have been the biggest plus since I am not ready to go sit at a coffee shop with a bunch of people without masks on.

This is by far the WORST apartment complex I've ever lived in. I have lived in 2 different apartment buildings in the Down-Town Madison area before this one. And this is my worst experience so far. When we moved in our blinds were broken and walls were really damaged and they didn't do anything about either. Don't bother filling out a maintenance request because they don't get answered to. We filled out a maintenance request about our AC because it was 87 degrees in our apartment and they said they had shut off the AC for the rest of the year. It was only an "emergency" if it got over 90

I am disappointed in the Towers on State St as I have called several times, emailed and yet I can not get satisfaction regarding the items they disposed of prior to my son lease ending. He was current with his rent and the roommate moved out, They came in and cleaned out my sons stuff as well. We were told we would reimbursed for the lose of the items, however they seem to be doing everything they can to not pay for the items they threw out. Do not count on the staff to be courteous and prompt in correcting their error.

Almost good job! Except maintenance. They need to have better and faster response. yesterday fire alarm was tested without announce. looked like some thing seriously happened! No emergency planning for all utilities ( if some thing was broken. we have to wait for technician to be fixed instead of having alternative source for the same utility ) as example the wireless problem today. :(

Lived here in 1991. On paper, I'm the stereotypical resident - Jewish girl from NJ but I couldn't stand this place. The kids were rude spoiled brats who treated the staff like crap and took everything they had for granted. The cafeteria food and location are the only fond memories I have of this place. Live in the dorms for half the price and enjoy a real college experience.
