On July 1, 2021 I went to see Dr Chien for lower back pain. It was the 1st & last time going there. I had a appointment, waited 45 minutes for a room a be available. He said was going to do cupping then needles. He did cupping for 20 minutes, took them off & said he was done. My husband & I said what about the needles. He said no I can go to chiropractor for adjustment. He didn't do needles charged $85.00 for 20 minutes of cupping. He does not care about his patients pain he only cares about the $. I don't recommend him. I had to going J dream acupuncture the next day. She did a great job of relieving

I originally came in to see him because my neck was nearly frozen, I couldnt look left or right. After learning he treated for Anxiety, ptsd, and depression I began this treatment as well. WOW!!! If you are VA, get your authorization and ask for Chien's Acupuncture... You will be so glad you did. Master Chien is the man!!!
When he conducted his exam, mind you no xrays, he identified issues in my spine, called them out by vertebraes and explained how it affected
to heal you.

Absolute waste of money and time. Lacking in quality and care. Doesn't return phone calls or text messages to reschedule. The only time he returned my call was when I left a message acting like I had an Asian accent. So if you miss an appointment, he counts it in your package even if he doesn't respond to your phone call. The package is a complete waste of money too. There is no need to return so many times and still no relief. The herbs are not marked so you have no idea what you're taking plus you have to pay extra for them on top of already expensive lack of quality care.

Dr. Chien is the best doctor I have ever met. He knows his areas so well and has rich experience in treating patients in ICU and clinic. His unique acupuncture skills plus his profound master of oriental herbs really cured most pains and sickness I had. He is super responsible and you can fully trust him.
If you have to wait, it is not his fault. He is the busiest doctor in the town because his patients know that he is the best one.

I visited Calvin on a trip to Colorado Springs to visit my brother after a hiking accident in which I was experienced a lot of pain. The twisted ankle started out innocently enough but during the next few days my whole body was in pain and an old sciatic problem flared up. I was recommended Chiens acupuncture clinic by a local nurse who had knowledge of his acupuncture clinic and the good results that some of her patients had experienced after receiving his treatments for various painful problems.
