Na Zhai is a 1989 graduate of the Shan Dong University of traditional Chinese Medicine in China.
While working as a physician for the next six years in the City General Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiao Zhou, she was invited by the Alternative Medicine Association of Austria to practice Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and give seminars to medical professionals and the public at the Vienna Central Clinic in Austria.

Services
Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points. For thousands of years Chinese Medicine has acknowledged that there is a vital life force (called "Qi") that flows though all things.

I had a horrible experience here. I was trying to speak with the receptionist but dr. Jena kept rudely interrupting the conversation to talk about other patients. The rooms did not look clean, does she even use sanitizer? With COVID going around this is a huge concern. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be spending my money here. The clinic down the road is not only significantly cheaper, but the staff is extremely nice!

Probably the worst acupuncture experience I’ve ever had. I’m a firm believer in the practice. I’ve read all of the other reviews. Very puzzled. Not a big deal. I’m going regularly to another one. Problem resolved at 1/3 the cost. I’m glad everyone else has had such positive experiences. Not my case. AT ALL!

I went to see Dr. Jenna because I had a lump in my breast. I was terrified and did not want to go through the cutting, radiation and chemicals of western medicine treatment. She asked that I give her two weeks to treat me to see if we could change the shape of the lump. Dr. Jenna explained to me that the concept of Oriental Medicine is that the body can heal itself. I am writing this review after only 1 visit. I have been suffering from chronic pain and many, many other issues due to exposure to Agent Orange while in the military. I have tried everything for the chronic everyday headaches, lack of sleeping and pain for 20 years and finally tried acupuncture. After my first visit yesterday, my headache and ALL pain from neck to hips was completely gone! I am still in shock as I have had nonstop headaches and constant pain from my neck to my hips for 20 years. I've been to one other acupuncture clinic in Colorado Springs and what a difference. Dr. Na Zhai is extremely kind, the staff goes out of their way to accommodate patient needs. I can't stress how glad I am for walking into this clinic. Clean, professional, and her work has helped my back pain tremendously. Highly recommended and don't fall for other places which lack the high levels of education and training of Dr Na.

I began seeing Dr. Jena a month ago to find relief and healing for a severe case of eczema. I have completed 6 treatments so far and am experiencing noticeable improvement. Not only is Dr. Jena very compassionate, she takes the time to answer my questions and share her extensive knowledge, providing me with wisdom to take into my day to day life. I was diagnosed with a rare brain disease and I was told there is no cure or treatment.
Miss Jena is renewing my hope for healing. After my first treatment a tumor in my neck is decreasing in size. I slept really well, and I will continue with acupuncture treatments.
I finally believe there is hope!
Western medicine took away my will to live and caused a serious amount of stress in my world.
I know it will take a while for me to heal, but Jena is committed to helping make that happen and so am I.

Upon arriving to this facility for my first ever acupuncture appointment I was a bit skeptical of the true effectiveness of acupuncture. I was in such crippling pain from my abdomen that I was willing to try anything. I was greeted by a very pleasant and well organized front desk staff. Being a fellow medical professional I appreciate organized and timely care as that is becoming less and less of the norm. I am so grateful for the Chinese Acupuncture Clinic! Jenna is very experienced and has been so helpful as I recover from a serious brain injury. I really trust her approach and appreciate all she has to offer. The front desk staff are also extremely caring, friendly, and helpful. They are experts with dealing with insurance companies which is highly unusual at an acupuncture clinic.
