I am often asked the question "If I am not sick can Traditional Chinese Medicine help me"? In fact in ancient China the Emperor hired a TCM Practitioner to take care of his family. Interestingly enough the practitioner was paid ONLY if the royal family did NOT get sick. If they got sick the Dr. was not paid, it was his job to pay attention to signs and symptoms that might be pointing to a pending illness.
Over-training or pushing too hard during a race will affect all athletes at one time or another. Performance will be impaired and sets the athlete up for injuries. Integrating Oriental Medicine is invaluable for an athlete's optimum performance during training and racing. Diane has been competing in Triathlons, Duathlons, Swim meets and Road races since 1986.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) we call the fertilization of an egg creating an embryo, the "Divine Spark". It occurs when the essence of the man joins with the woman's egg and magic happens, fertilization takes place, a new human being is created. If you are like most couples, you are spending a lot of time, energy, and potentially a lot of money on testing and treating the woman.
We have published research on high-tech fertility treatments and we use scientifically proven protocols. With this integrative approach we see amazing results with our patients. We have had successful pregnancies using Chinese Medicine even when the patient was told that they must to do IVF to get a baby.
East Winds Acupuncture has been conducting research Dr. Paul Magarelli at CNY in Colorado since 1999. Over 12 years of research and numerous publications in Scientific Western Journals. Diane has worked with CNY, Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, Conceptions RMFC @ UNM and Advanced Reproductive Medicine University of Colorado to provide acupuncture services for their patients.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Diane! I began seeing her about a year ago for infertility and the journey has been absolutely amazing.
