David has over twenty years experience in the healing profession. He received honors in massage school, a Masters Degree in Acupuncture, is board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese herbs and continues to study Universal Life Flow Energy healing techniques. David respects and considers each patient as an individual who manifest illness in their own personal way.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is primarily acupuncture, herbal medicine and dietary alterations to assist with your health. TCM includes and considers the mental and emotional aspects of an individual and also includes methods to bring balance to one's life. All of these modalities can be used individually and in combination with each other based on your current and long term needs.
The acupuncture treatments used at Listening Heart Medicines are done by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) evaluation, diagnosis and treatment protocol. Acupuncture is the insertion of thin, single use, sterilized needles in specific locations to assist the body in the harmonious circulation of energy.
Herbal Medicine is very beneficial to support the body in healing with very little to no side effects. At Listening Heart Medicines, LLC, we do a thorough intake and evaluation procedure to arrive at an accurate diagnosis to assure clients of the best match of herbs for their individual health problems.

David is great! I started seeing him after a trip to Mexico where my digestive system was completely out of whack, he helped with that immediately and I've been seeing him ever since and that was almost a year ago now. I see him regularly to help with my overall well being. With a stressful job I can go in to an appointment where I'm at top levels of stress/anxiety/etc. and after an hour i'm back to feeling calm and centered again. He is very good at what he does and I highly recommend him!

My daughter and I like to spend the holiday seasons soaking in hot springs. Back in December, 2017 we spent the day soaking the tubs of Sunwater Spa and both received massages, David did mine. WOW, the absolute BEST massage I’ve had (and I’ve been receiving monthly massages for the last decade)

Maybe it’s the style of massage, or his own personal technique (or both) that sets him apart, but if you’re looking for a very thorough, healing massage go see David. I can only imagine his acupuncture is just as wonderful 🙏
